POSS/香草醛基邻苯二甲腈树脂复合材料制备及性能OA
Preparation and properties of POSS/vanillin-based phthalonitrile resin composites
采用生物质香草醛为原料合成香草醛基邻苯二甲腈单体,复配不同含量多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS),制备POSS/香草醛基邻苯二甲腈树脂复合材料.结果表明,添加了10%(质量分数,下同)POSS的树脂,其初始热分解温度显著提升了140℃以上,增强了树脂的热稳定性;1%POSS的引入能够提升树脂的力学性能,进而增强聚合物的力学性能;随着POSS含量的增加,树脂的吸水率呈现出逐渐下降的趋势,导致吸水性能降低.
Vanillin-based monomer of benzene dicarbonitrile was synthesized using biomass vanillin as raw material,and compounded with different contents of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS)to prepare POSS/vanillin-based benzene dicarbonitrile resin composites.The experimental results showed that the initial thermal decomposition tempera-ture of the resin with 10 wt%POSS added was significantly increased by more than 140℃,enhancing the thermal stabili-ty of the resin.The introduction of 1 wt%POSS can improve the mechanical properties of the resin,thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of the polymer.With the increase of POSS content,the water absorption rate of the resin showed a gradual decreasing trend,resulting in reduced water absorption performance.
