移动手术室起源于战争时期,随着医疗技术与设备的不断进步,移动手术室已成为偏远地区、灾后现场以及医疗资源匮乏的区域提升外科手术服务可及性的重要手段.眼科手术切口小,对空间和设备要求相对集中,因此,移动手术室可以开展大部分类型的眼科手术,如Orbis飞行眼科医院的移动手术室.然而,飞行眼科医院受飞行机场的限制,远离机场的偏远区域不能受益.国家卫生健康委于2025 年 2 月明确提出,以"巡诊车+移动手术室"的模式增加县域白内障手术的供给.在此背景下,本文系统阐述如何设计及建设标准化眼科移动手术室,如何对眼科移动手术室进行规范管理,在临床各场景中如何应用移动手术室,以及如何配合人工智能巡诊车等,并讨论其"移动性"带来的独特管理模式、感染控制策略以及多场景应用方案,从而为"巡诊车+移动手术室"的落地提供详细的参考方案.

Mobile operating rooms first emerged during wartime and have since evolved alongside advancements in medical technology and equipment.They have become a crucial means of enhancing access to surgical services in remote areas,disaster sites,and regions with scarce medical resources.Ophthalmic surgeries,which are typically characterized by small incisions,have specific and concentrated requirements for space and equipment.Consequently,most types of ophthalmic surgeries can be performed in mobile operating rooms,such as the Orbis Flying Eye Hospital.However,flying eye hospitals are constrained by the availability of airports,leaving remote areas that are far from airports unable to reap their benefit.In February 2025,the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China explicitly put forward the proposal to increase the supply of cataract surgeries in county-level regions by adopting the"clinical bus+mobile operating room"model.Against this backdrop,this article systematically explores several key aspects:the design and construction of standardized ophthalmic mobile operating rooms,their management,their clinical applications in various scenarios,and their integration with clinic buses equipped with artificial intelligence.Additionally,it delves into the unique management models,infection control strategies,and multi-scenario application solutions that are enabled by their"mobility"of these facilities.By doing so,it provides detailed reference plans for the implementation of the"clinic bus+mobile operating room"initiative.
