美国临床药学教育的起源、发展与思考OA
A reflection on the history and evolution of clinical pharmacy education in the United States
美国临床药学教育的起源和发展受到了药品数量增长、制药工业发展、医疗保障制度建立、政府监管加强等多方面的影响,医院和高校由此引领药师转型和药学教育改革,使得美国临床药学教育得到快速发展,成为医学职业教育的重要组成部分.临床药学的发展不仅有助于药师的职业化重塑,还能够促进全民健康需求的满足.通过探究美国临床药学教育的起源背景与发展历程,结合国内现状,提出中国临床药学教育高质量发展的建议,为促进我国临床药学教育持续、快速、健康地进一步发展提供参考.
The history and evolution of clinical pharmacy education in the United States were influenced by multiple factors,including the increase in the number of drugs,the rise of the pharmaceutical industry,the establishment of medical insurance systems,and the strengthening of government regulation.Hospitals and universities led the transformation of the pharmacy profession and pharmacy education,which enabled the rapid development of clinical pharmacy education in the United States,eventually making it an integral part of health professions education.The development of clinical pharmacy can facilitate pharmacy profession transformation and help address the health needs of the general public.By exploring the history and evolution of clinical pharmacy education in the United States and considering China's current situation,we propose recommendations for high-quality development of clinical pharmacy education in China,providing a reference for its sustained,rapid,and healthy advancement.
