城市协同创新、资本跨区流动与供应链碳减排OA

供应链作为连接生产和消费的关键纽带,是实现整体碳排放减少的核心领域.然而,当前供应链上下游企业之间普遍存在信息不对称、协同机制缺失以及绿色技术共享不足等问题,严重影响了中国的整体碳减排效果.如何促进供应链各环节企业的有效沟通与合作,共同推进碳减排已成为研究的重点.因此,该研究基于2012-2022年的城市面板数据与上市公司匹配数据,从资本跨区域流动的角度,探讨城市协同创新对供应链碳减排的影响机制.回归结果显示:①城市协同创新不仅有助于核心企业的碳减排,还对上游供应商和下游客户的碳减排产生了积极影响.这表明,通过与上下游企业的紧密合作,核心企业能够引导整个供应链向低碳化转型,实现更广泛的环境效益.在考虑了模型内生性及其他稳健性检验后,这一结论依然成立.②机制分析表明,城市协同创新显著促进了企业的跨区域资本流动,尤其是省内城市间的资本流动.这种跨区域资本流动增强了城市群内部产业链供应链的协同效应,有助于优化资源配置和提高利用效率,减少资源浪费和碳排放.③研究还发现,市场集中度较高、规模较大的企业在资源调配和技术创新方面具有更强的能力,能够更好地利用城市协同创新带来的机遇优化其生产流程,在供应链降碳效应中受益更多.此外,环境治理政策与统一大市场建设能够与协同创新网络形成合力,有力推进供应链碳减排.该研究为提升产业链现代化水平、加快中国"双碳"目标实现提供了有益的政策启示.

As a critical link connecting production and consumption,the supply chain is a core area for achieving overall carbon emis‐sion reduction.However,there is widespread information asymmetry,a lack of collaborative mechanisms,and insufficient sharing of green technologies among upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,which seriously affects China's overall carbon emission reduction effectiveness.How to promote effective communication and cooperation among enterprises at various stages of the supply chain to jointly advance carbon emission reduction has become a key research focus.Therefore,based on urban panel data and matched data of listed companies from 2012 to 2022,this study explored the impact mechanisms of urban collaborative innovation on supply chain carbon emission reduction from the perspective of cross-regional capital flows.The results showed that:① Urban collabor‐ative innovation not only helped core enterprises reduce carbon emissions but also positively influenced carbon emission reductions for upstream suppliers and downstream customers.This indicated that through close collaboration with upstream and downstream enterpris‐es,core enterprises could guide the entire supply chain toward low-carbon transformation and achieve broader environmental benefits.This conclusion remained valid after considering model endogeneity and other robustness checks.② Mechanism analysis revealed that urban collaborative innovation significantly promoted cross-regional capital flows,particularly capital flows among cities within the same province.Such cross-regional capital flows enhanced the synergies of industrial chains and supply chains within urban agglomera‐tions,helped optimize resource allocation and improve utilization efficiency,and reduced resource waste and carbon emissions.③ This study also found that enterprises with higher market concentration and larger scale had stronger capabilities in resource allocation and technological innovation and could better utilize the opportunities brought by urban collaborative innovation to optimize their produc‐tion processes and benefit more from the carbon emission reduction effects of the supply chain.In addition,environmental governance policies and the construction of a unified market could work in synergy with collaborative innovation networks to effectively advance supply chain carbon emission reduction.This study provides useful policy implications for enhancing the modernization level of the in‐dustrial chain and accelerating the realization of China's"dual carbon"goals.
