饲粮添加中药复方对产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响OA
Impact of dietary Chinese herbal compound on production performance,egg quality,and serum biochemistry indices in late-phase laying hens
旨在探究不同添加剂量的中药复方(由蒲公英和马齿苋等组成)对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响.选取 336 日龄且产蛋率相近海兰白蛋鸡 832 只,随机分为4 组:空白组(基础日粮)、低剂量组(基础日粮+中药复方500 mg/kg)、中剂量组(基础日粮+中药复方1 000 mg/kg)和高剂量组(基础日粮+中药复方2 000 mg/kg),每组设 4 个重复,每个重复 52 只.试验包括1 周预试期和8 周正试期,记录采食量、产蛋数、不合格蛋数以及鸡死亡情况,每组随机取 12 枚鸡蛋进行蛋品质测定,试验结束时,每组选取 8 只体重相近的鸡,采集心脏血样进行血清生化指标分析.结果:在生产性能方面,与空白组相比,中剂量组显著提高了产蛋率(P<0.05),同时显著降低了不合格蛋率和料蛋比(P<0.05);在蛋品质方面,中剂量组的蛋形指数和蛋壳强度较空白组显著改善(P<0.05);血清生化指标显示,中药复方各剂量组均能显著降低天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、尿酸(UA)和甘油三酯(TG)水平(P<0.05).本研究表明,日粮添加中药复方可有效提升蛋鸡生产性能,改善肝肾功能并调节脂质代谢稳态,其中中剂量组综合效果最优,研究结果为延长蛋鸡产蛋高峰期及开发功能性饲料提供了重要的理论依据.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of different additive levels of a traditional Chinese herbal compound on the production performance and egg quality of late-phase laying hens.A total of 832 Hy-Line White laying hens aged 336 days were selected and randomly divided into four groups based on similar egg production rates:the control group(fed with basal diet),the low-dose group(with basal diet+500 mg/kg herbal compound),the medium-dose group(with basal diet+1000 mg/kg herbal compound),and the high-dose group(with basal diet+2 000 mg/kg herbal compound).Each group contained four replicates with 52 hens per replicate.The experiment included a one-week adaptation period followed by an eight-week trial period.The feed intake,the number of eggs laid,defective eggs,and mortality of the hens were recorded throughout the experiment.Twelve eggs per group were randomly sampled for egg quality assessment.At the conclu-sion of the experiment,eight hens with similar body weights were selected from each group for cardiac blood collection,and the serum sam-ples were subsequently analyzed for biochemical parameters.The results were as follows:In terms of production performance,the medium-dose group significantly increased the egg production rate(P<0.05),but significantly reduced the rate of defective eggs and the feed-to-egg ratio(P<0.05),compared with the control group.Regarding egg quality,the medium-dose group showed significant improvements in the egg shape index and eggshell strength,compared with the control group(P<0.05).The serum biochemical indicators indicated that all the dose groups(low,medium,and high)significantly reduced their AST,UA,and TG levels(P<0.05).The present results suggested that the dietary supplementation effectively enhanced the production performance of laying hens,improved their liver and kidney function,and regulated lipid metabolism homeostasis in them.The medium-dose group(fed with basal diet+1000 mg/kg Chinese herbal compound)ex-hibited the most comprehensive efficacy.This finding provided an important theoretical support for extending the peak laying period of hens and developing functional feed additives.
