陕西省执业兽医资格考试现状分析OA

In order to accurately investigate the trend of the qualification examination for licensed veterinarians in Shaanxi province,clarify relevant issues,and contribute to the development of veterinary team,targeting examination data collected across the province from 2010 to 2025,the participation and pass rates of candidates were summarized to analyze the differences of pass rate among various groups using Chi-square test.The results showed that the number of candidates increased in general,but the pass rate tended to decline,dropping from a peak of 40.38％ in 2017 to 24.97％ in 2025;the number of female candidates was on the rise,with their proportion(53.51％)exceeding that of males(46.49％)by 2025,and their overall pass rate was significantly higher than that of males(P＜0.001);most of the candidates were under the age of 35,accounting for 87.55％ of those who passed;candidates with associate degrees made up over 60％,and the proportion was gradually increasing,while that of those with bachelor's degrees was progressively decreasing.Candidates with the above two degrees accounted for 93.64％ of those who passed.Most of the candidates were enrolled students and employees from animal clinics,accounting for 51.90％ of the total number and 62.99％ of those who passed.In conclusion,both the enthusiasm for taking the examination and the difficulty of passing were increasing year by year,with distinct characteristics among candidate groups.It was recommended to improve the professional competence of the groups with lower pass rates through targeted measures such as pre-examination tutoring,building learning and communication platforms,and providing practical opportunities,thereby improving the pass rate and the level of veterinary team.
