基于文献的国内不同地区牛奶源大肠杆菌耐药性分析OA
Literature-based Analysis of Antimicrobial Resistance in Milk-derived Escherichia coli in Different Regions of China
为指导奶牛养殖临床用药及控制细菌耐药性风险,检索了2008-2023年相关文献,总共纳入28篇文献,汇总分析全国20个省份牛奶源大肠杆菌对34种抗菌药物的耐药数据.结果显示,我国牛奶源大肠杆菌对头孢噻吩(53.63%)、氨苄西林(51.69%)和复方新诺明(45.37%)的耐药率较高,对左氟沙星(1.17%)和托普霉素(1.33%)耐药率较低,未检出亚胺培南耐药;对7个省份均检出的8种抗菌药物耐药性统计发现,新疆总体耐药率最高(62.01%),内蒙古最低(11.07%);对20个省份的3种重点监测抗菌药物(四环素、庆大霉素和环丙沙星)的耐药性统计发现,不同省份间差异较大,对四环素耐药率最高的是吉林(96.67%),对庆大霉素耐药率最高的是山东(72.27%),对环丙沙星耐药率最高的是河南(73.66%),而甘肃省对这3种药物均未检出耐药.研究表明,我国牛奶源大肠杆菌耐药性问题突出且区域特征明显,需针对性加强监管与防控.
In order to guide clinical administration in dairy farming and to control potential risk of bacterial antibiotic resistance(AMR),relevant literature published from 2008 to 2023 was retrieved,covering 28 articles,and data on the AMR of milk-derived Escherichia coli(E.coli)to 34 antibiotics in 20 provinces in China were pooled and analyzed.The results showed that theE.coli was highly resistant to cephalothin(53.63%),ampicillin(51.69%)and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole(45.37%),lower to levofloxacin(1.17%)and tobramycin(1.33%),but null to imipenem;based on the statistical analysis on the resistance to 8 antibiotics detected in all 7 provinces,it was found that the overall AMR rate was the highest in Xinjiang(62.01%),and the lowest in Inner Mongolia(11.07%);in accordance with the analysis of AMR to 3 antibiotics(tetracycline,gentamicin and ciprofloxacin)under specific monitoring in 20 provinces,the AMR rate significantly depended on different provinces,was the highest to tetracycline in Jilin(96.67%),to gentamicin in Shandong(72.27%),and to ciprofloxacin in Henan(73.66%),but none to all the 3 antibiotics was detected in Gansu province.In conclusion,the AMR of milk-derived E.coli was prominent with obvious regional characteristics,requiring the improvement of targeted regulation,prevention and control.
