为了解川西北地区牦牛群中的传染性牛鼻气管炎病毒(infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus,IBRV)流行情况及分子特征,2024年7月—2025年6月收集川西北牧区7个县12个牧场患呼吸道病牦牛的50份鼻拭子,通过特异性PCR方法进行病毒核酸检测,结果在4个县7个牧场中检出IBRV阳性,说明川西北牧区牦牛群中存在IBRV流行.采用MDBK细胞分离到3株病毒,经PCR、间接免疫荧光试验和电镜鉴定,证实分离株为IBRV.应用病毒宏基因组测序技术获得了3个毒株的完整gC、gB和gD基因序列,3个毒株均为1.2型;进一步分析发现,分离株基因型与国内疫苗株(1.1亚型)不同,但两者在主要免疫蛋白gB与gD的关键抗原区未发生明显变异.本研究结果为川西北牧区牦牛IBRV感染防控提供了参考.

In order to identify the prevalence and molecular characteristics of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV)in yak herds in Northwestern Sichuan,50 nasal swab samples were collected from yaks with respiratory diseases on 12 pastures in 7 counties of the pastoral areas of the region from July 2024 to June 2025,to detect virus nucleic acids using a specific PCR assay.The results showed that IBRV was detected on 7 pastures in 4 counties,indicating the prevalence of IBRV in yak herds in the region.3 strains of viruses were isolated using MDBK cell culture,and confirmed as IBRV through PCR,indirect immunofluorescence assay and electron microscopy.Complete gene sequences of gC,gB and gD of the above strains were obtained using viral metagenomic sequencing,indicating that all the strains were serotype 1.2;further analysis revealed that the genotype of the isolates was different from that of domestic vaccine strain(subtype 1.1),but no significant variations were observed in the key antigenic regions of the major immunogenic proteins gB and gD.A reference was provided for future prevention and control of IBRV infection in yaks in the pastoral areas of Northwestern Sichuan.
