Visual Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Research on the Treatment of Retinal Detachment
目的 本研究旨在运用文献计量学方法,对中英文视网膜脱离治疗领域的研究现状、热点演变及未来趋势进行系统分析.通过量化分析文献数据,揭示该领域研究的动态特征与发展规律,为未来研究提供参考方向,促进视网膜脱离诊疗水平的提升.方法 选取 2004 年 10 月 1 日-2024 年 11 月 1 日中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库中关于视网膜脱离治疗的文献作为研究对象.采用CiteSpace可视化分析工具,对纳入文献的发文量、作者、机构、关键词共现、聚类、时间线及突现进行定量分析与图谱绘制,以揭示该领域研究热点的演化轨迹和前沿趋势.结果 WOS数据库的发文量呈现波动上升态势,2020-2023年稳定在年均 35 篇左右,高于CNKI数据库(年均不足 10 篇).作者分析显示,CNKI数据库中以李敏、姚进等学者为代表,其研究侧重于手术技术改进,如微创玻璃体切除及自体内界膜填塞;而WOS数据库中,Caporossi Tomaso、Kazlauskas Andrius等高产作者则聚焦于新型手术技术创新,如干式玻璃体切除术与人羊膜片应用.关键词共现分析揭示,CNKI研究热点集中于并发症处理(如黄斑裂孔,出现 14 次)与特定人群治疗(如高度近视,出现 12 次),以及手术细节优化(如内界膜、冷凝、硅油等,各出现8 次);WOS数据库则侧重于手术标准化(如经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切除术,出现 59 次;玻璃体切除术,出现 47 次)和治疗效果评估(如结果,出现 28 次),增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(出现 35 次)亦为研究重点.关键词聚类时间线分析展示了国内研究从传统技术向精细化手术、并发症管理及患者整体护理的演变;突现分析的结果进一步揭示了研究焦点从基础技术向临床应用、患者护理及特定人群精准治疗的动态转变.结论 中英文视网膜脱离治疗研究均遵循从基础研究到临床应用的发展规律,且呈现出日益精准化的趋势.然而,二者在研究侧重点上存在差异:国内研究更强调临床实践经验、手术技术革新以及患者的整体护理;国外研究则侧重于基础研究的深入、手术操作的标准化及创新疗法的探索.展望未来,人工智能技术在个性化治疗方案制定与预后评估中的应用将成为新的研究热点,有望进一步提高视网膜脱离的治疗效果和患者的视觉质量.
Objective To systematically analyze the research status,hotspot evolution and future trends in the field of retinal detachment treatment in Chinese and English based on Bibliometric methods,and to reveal the dynamic characteristics and development rules of research in this field through quantitative analysis of literature data,so as to provide reference direction for future research and promote the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment level of retinal detachment.Methods Literature related to retinal detachment treatment published between October 1,2004,and November 1,2024,were selected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)databases.CiteSpace,a visualization analysis tool,was employed to quantitatively analyze and map publication volume,authors,institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,timeline,and burst detection,revealing the evolutionary trajectory and frontier trends of research hotspots in this field.Results The publication volume in the WOS database demonstrated a fluctuating upward trend,stabilizing at approximately 35 articles per year between 2020 and 2023,significantly exceeding the average annual output in the CNKI database(less than 10 articles).Author analysis revealed that scholars like LI Min and YAO Jin in CNKI focused on surgical technique improvements,such as minimally invasive vitrectomy and autologous internal limiting membrane tamponade.In contrast,highly productive authors in WOS,including Caporossi Tomaso and Kazlauskas Andrius,concentrated on innovative surgical techniques like dry vitrectomy and human amniotic membrane application.Keyword co-occurrence analysis indicated that CNKI research hotspots centered around complication management(e.g.,macular hole,14 occurrences)and specific population treatments(e.g.,high myopia,12 occurrences),alongside surgical detail optimization(e.g.,internal limiting membrane,cryotherapy,silicone oil,8 occurrences each).Conversely,WOS studies emphasized surgical standardization(e.g.,pars plana vitrectomy,59 occurrences;vitrectomy,47 occurrences)and outcome assessment(e.g.,outcome,28 occurrences),with proliferative vitreoretinopathy(35 occurrences)also being a key focus.Keyword clustering timeline analysis revealed the evolution of domestic research from traditional techniques towards refined surgery,complication management,and holistic patient care;burst detection analysis further highlighted the dynamic shift in research focus from basic techniques to clinical applications,patient care,and precise treatment for specific populations.Conclusion Both Chinese and English retinal detachment treatment research follow a developmental trajectory from basic research to clinical application,exhibiting an increasing trend towards precision.However,discrepancies exist in their research focuses.Chinese research places greater emphasis on clinical experience,surgical technique innovation,and holistic nursing,while international research prioritizes in-depth basic research,surgical standardization,and exploration of innovative therapies.Looking ahead,the application of artificial intelligence in personalized treatment planning and prognosis evaluation is poised to become a novel research hotspot,potentially further enhancing RD treatment outcomes and patients'visual quality.
