肠道菌群与结直肠癌相关性研究热点的知识图谱可视化分析OA

Objective To carry out systematic bibliometric and visual analysis on intestinal flora and colorectal cancer(CRC),and to understand its research context,hotspots and development trends.Methods The literatures related to intestinal flora and CRC collected in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases from the establishment of the database to March 17,2024 were taken as the objects.CiteSpace 6.1 software was used to draw knowledge maps from the aspects of literature time distribution,authors,keywords,etc.Results A total of 649 literatures were included,and the number of literatures published in the past ten years showed a rapid upward trend.Representative research teams such as QIN Huanlong and FANG Jingyuan were formed in the research field.According to keywords and cluster analysis,the research content focused on various types of intestinal flora,immunological pathology research,basic medical research and application,and intervention of intestinal flora to explore new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of CRC.Future research trends were"traditional Chinese medicine"and"immune response".Conclusion The research on intestinal flora and CRC is increasing,and the future research hotspots are"immune response"and"traditional Chinese medicine".However,the current research depth is shallow and the degree of cooperation and communication between research teams is low,so it is necessary to further strengthen cooperation and research depth.
