鲁南地区鲜食花生品种引进与筛选试验OA
Introduction and Screening Test of Fresh Edible Peanut Varieties in Southern Shandong Region
为筛选出适宜当地种植的高产优质鲜食专用品种,采用完全随机区组设计,以当地主推品种临花16 号为对照,系统评价了9个引进品种的生育进程、农艺性状、产量构成及加工品质.结果表明:参试品种在当地的生育期范围为116～120 d,且均能正常成熟;荚果产量以冀农花20号最高(4898.10 kg·hm-2),较对照增产16.49%,徐花甜 29 号(4251.90 kg·hm-2)略增产,豫花 22 号(4 182.90 kg·hm-2)与对照(4 204.80 kg·hm-2)接近.籽仁产量方面,冀农花 20 号、徐花甜 29 号、豫花 22 号分别为 3 607.95、3 165.15、3071.10 kg·hm-2,较对照(2981.25 kg·hm-2)分别增产 21.02%、6.17%、3.01%.品质方面,冀花 13 号、临花 16 号、冀农花16 号、徐花甜 29 号、云花生 15 号、冀农花 20 号、豫花 22 号蔗糖含量均大于 5 g·100 g-1,食味甜度较佳;冀花 13 号与冀农花 20号油酸含量分别为 77.34%和 77.01%,达到高油酸花生标准.综合评价,冀农花 20 号兼具高产、高糖及高油酸优势,综合性状最优,徐花甜29号、豫花22号风味与商品性突出,3个品种可作为鲁南地区鲜食及加工原料品种推广应用.
To select high-yielding and high-quality cultivars specifically suited for fresh consumption and adapted to local cultivation,a randomized complete block design was used,with the locally promoted cultivar Linhua 16 as the control,to systematically evaluate the growth and development process,agronomic traits,yield components,and processing quality of nine introduced cultivars.The results showed that all tested cultivars had a growth period of 116-120 days under local conditions and could mature normally.Among them,Jinonghua 20 had the highest pod yield(4 898.10 kg·hm-2),representing a 16.49%increase over the control.Xuhuatian 29(4 251.90 kg·hm-2)showed a slight yield increase.Yuhua 22(4 182.90 kg·hm-2)was similar to the control(4 204.80 kg·hm-2).Kernel yields of Jinonghua 20,Xuhuatian 29,and Yuhua 22 were 3 607.95,3 165.15 and 3 071.10 kg·hm-2,respectively,which were 21.02%,6.17%,and 3.01%higher than that of the control(2 981.25 kg·m-2).In terms of quality,Jihua 13,Linhua 16,Jinonghua 16,Xuhuatian 29,Yunhuasheng 15,Jinonghua 20,and Yuhua 22 all had sucrose contents greater than 5 g·100 g-1,indicating better sweetness and eating quality.The oleic acid contents of Jihua 13 and Jinonghua 20 were 77.34%and 77.01%,respectively,meeting the standard for high-oleic peanuts.Overall,Jinonghua 20 combines high yield,high sugar,and high oleic acid,showing the best comprehensive performance.Xuhuatian 29 and Yuhua 22 exhibits outstanding flavor and marketability.These three cultivars can be promoted for fresh consumption and as processing raw materials in the southern Shandong region.
