基于CiteSpace中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的可视化分析OA

Objective To explore the clinical research status,hotspots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal depression.Methods The related literatures of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched,and NoteExpress was used to clean the data.CiteSpace was used for visual analysis of the number of publications,authors,institutions,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and burst words.Results A total of 314 literatures were included,mainly involving 455 authors.The core authors were represented by REN Lu,ZHOU Shenghong,ZHANG Ying and XIAO Aijiao.The research institutions with higher publication volume were Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong Academy of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine.The largest 9 clusters included#0 perimenopausal period,#1 review,#2 acupuncture therapy,#3 research progress,#4 clinical research,#5 phlegm qi stagnation,#6 points,#7 liver depression,#8 clinical experience.Conclusion Based on the visual analysis of clinical research literature related to the treatment of perimenopausal depression with traditional Chinese medicine,the current research in this field has formed a certain scale,and the core research strength is concentrated in many colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the research trend is the clinical application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal depression,and the research hotspot is the"HPA axis".
