不同比例有机无机氮配施对烤烟产量及品质的影响OA

Effect of Different Proportions of Organic-Inorganic Nitrogen Application on the Yield and Quality of Tobacco

为探究不同有机无机氮配施比例对烟叶产量及品质的影响,以花生麸和氨基酸为组合有机氮源,在大田设置 4 个有机无机氮配施比例,即有机氮∶无机氮为 0∶100(CK)、25∶75(TH1)、35∶65(TH2)、45∶55(TH3),分析各处理烤烟农艺性状、化学成分、产量和产值的变化特征.结果表明,过高的有机无机氮配施比例(TH3)对烤烟生长前期的株高、茎围和叶片数有显著的抑制作用,在烤烟生长后期,有机无机氮配施对茎围、叶片数、最大叶面积和单叶干质量均无显著影响.各处理烤烟中部叶各项品质评价指标与优质烟叶指标范围最接近,有机无机配施处理对中部叶全钾、水溶性糖、还原糖、施木克值、糖氮比和糖碱比均有显著影响;在单项化学指标上,TH3 处理中部叶还原糖、蛋白质含量有较好的品质表现,TH2 处理中部叶在烟碱含量上表现最优;在化学成分协调性上,TH1 处理中部叶施木克值、糖氮比和糖碱比均最接近适宜值.有机无机氮配施显著提高了烤烟的产量与产值,增幅分别为 0.19%~26.53%和 12.91%~21.64%;但只有TH1 和TH3 处理显著提高上等烟比值.由此可见,有机无机氮配施有利于提高烤烟的产量与产值,低有机氮配施比例(TH1)和高有机氮配施比例(TH3)通过提升烤烟产量和提高上等烟比例的方式实现了产值增加,而中等有机氮配施比例(TH2)则仅凭更高的产量增幅实现了产值的更大提升.综上所述,有机无机氮配施有利于协调烟叶化学成分,提高烟叶的产量与产值,其中以TH2 处理产量与产值增幅最大.

To explore the effects of different ratios of organic-inorganic nitrogen application on tobacco yield and quality,this paper used a combination of peanut meal and amino acids as the organic nitrogen source,established four ratios of combined organic-inorganic nitrogen application in the field,namely 0∶100(CK),25∶75(TH1),35∶65(TH2),and 45∶55(TH3),and analyzed the variation charac-teristics of agronomic traits,chemical constituents,yield,and output value of flue-cured tobacco under different treatments.The effects of each treatment on the agronomic characteristics,nutrient content,chemical composition,yield,and output value of tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that an excessively high organic-inorganic nitrogen ratio(TH3)significantly inhibited plant height,stem girth,and leaf number in the early growth stage of flue-cured tobacco.However,in the later growth stage,the application of combined organic-inorganic nitrogen had no significant effects on stem girth,leaf number,maximum leaf area,and dry weight per single leaf.The various quality evaluation indicators for middle leaves across all treatments were closest to the standard range for high-quality tobacco.The combined organic-inorganic fertilizer application demonstrated significant effects on the total potassium,water-soluble sugars,reducing sugars,schmuck value,sugar-nitrogen ratio,and sugar-nicotine ratio in the middle leaves.Regarding individual chemical indicators,the TH3 treatment resulted in middle leaves with optimal performance in reducing sugars and protein content,while the TH2 treatment showed the most favorable nicotine content.In terms of chemical component coordination,the middle leaves from the TH1 treatment had values for the schmuck value,sugar-nitrogen ratio,and sugar-nicotine ratio that were all closest to their respective suitable values.The application of organic-inorganic nitrogen significantly increased the yield and output value of tobacco,with increased 10.19%-26.53%and 12.91%-21.64%,respectively.But only TH1 and TH3 treatments significantly im proved the ratio of superior smoke.It could be seen that the combination of organic-inorganic nitrogen application was beneficial for increasing the yield and output value of tobacco.Low organic nitrogen application(TH1)and high organic nitrogen application(TH3)could achieve an increase in output value by increasing the yield of tobacco and the proportion of high-quality tobacco,while moderate organic nitrogen application(TH2)could achieve a greater increase in output value simply through a larger yield increase.Therefore,the proportion of organic-inorganic nitrogen application used in production depended on the market demand for different grades of tobacco leaves.In summary,the combined application of organic and inorganic nitrogen fertilizers contributes to a more balanced chemical composition in tobacco leaves and increases both yield and output value.Among the treatments,TH2 resultes in the greatest improvements in yield and output value.
