烤烟不同施肥方式及施肥量对烟叶产质量影响OA
The influence of Different Fertilization Methods and Rates on the Yield and Quality of Flue-Cured To-bacco Leaves
为探索不同施肥方式对烤烟生长发育、产量及品质的影响,以主栽品种云烟 99为试验材料,设置基肥与追肥比例、追肥次数和时期不同的13个处理(包括对照CK),系统研究不同施肥处理对烤烟大田生育期、关键农艺性状、田间烟草普通花叶病抗性、经济性状及烤后中部烟叶和上部烟叶主要化学成分含量的影响.结果表明,不同施肥处理对各指标均产生显著影响.在生育期方面,T3(总肥量的30%作基肥,70%作追肥;追肥于移栽后 7d和 17d分 2 次施入)的大田生育期最短,为 118 d,较其他处理提前约2d成熟.在农艺性状方面,T3的株高、茎围等指标显著优于其他处理.经济性状分析显示,T3的单产(2171.1 kg·hm-2)、上等烟叶比例(56.06%)、均价(32.5 元·kg-1)及中部烟叶单叶质量(13.5 g·片-1)均表现最佳.在抗病性方面,T7(总肥量的30%作基肥,70%作追肥;追肥于移栽后7 d、17 d和27d分 3 次施入)对烟草普通花叶病的抗性最强,发病株率最低.化学成分协调性分析表明,中部烟叶(C3F)以T3 和T6 较好,而上部烟叶(B2F)则以T1、T3、T4、T11 更优.在本试验条件下,采用总施肥量 30%作基肥、70%作追肥,追肥分 2 次(移栽后 7d和 17d)追施的施肥方式(T3),能有效缩短烤烟大田生育期,优化农艺性状,显著提升烟叶的产量、产值和外观质量,且中部烟叶化学成分更为协调,综合表现最优.分 3 次追施(T7)则显示出更好的田间抗病效果.综上,针对宁蒗烟区,推荐采用"重追肥、分 2次"的施肥策略作为优质烟叶生产的优选方案,同时可根据病害发生风险酌情考虑分 3次追施以增强抗性.本研究为优化该烟区的施肥技术提供了直接的理论与实践参考.
To explore the effects of different fertilization methods exert a significant effect on the growth,yield,and quality of flue-cured tobacco,this experiment used the main cultivar Yunyan 99,as the test material and set up 13 treatments(including the control CK)with varying proportions of base fertilizer and topdressing,as well as different times and periods for topdressing.The effects of different fertilization treatments on the field growth period,key agronomic traits,field resistance to tobacco common mosaic disease,e-conomic traits,and the main chemical component content of the middle and upper leaves after curing were systematically studied.The results showed that different fertilization treatments had a significant effect on all indicators.In terms of the growth period,treatment T3(30%of the total fertilizer amount was used as base fertilizer,and 70%was used as topdressing;the topdressing was applied twice,at 7 days and 17 days after transplanting)had the shortest field growth period,lasting 118 days,which was about 2 days earlier than other treatments.In terms of agronomic traits,treatment T3 significantly outperformed other treatments in terms of plant height and stem circumference.Economic trait analysis showed that treatment T3 exhibited the best performance in terms of yield per hectare(2 171.1 kg·hm-2),proportion of high-quality tobacco leaves(56.06%),average price(32.5 yuan·kg-1),and single leaf weight of the middle leaves(13.5 g·leaf-1).In terms of disease resistance,treatment T7(30%of the total fertilizer amount was used as base fertiliz-er,and 70%was used as topdressing,which was applied in three times at 7 days,17 days,and 27 days after transplanting)demon-strated the strongest resistance to tobacco common mosaic disease,with the lowest incidence of diseased plants.Chemical component coordination analysis indicated that treatments T3 and T6 were better for the middle leaves(C3F),while treatments T1,T3,T4,and T11 were superior for the upper leaves(B2F).Under the conditions of this experiment,using a fertilization mode where 30%of the to-tal fertilizer amount was used as base fertilizer and 70%as topdressing,applied twice(7 and 17 days after transplanting)(treatment T3)could effectively shorten the field growth period of flue-cured tobacco,optimize agronomic traits,significantly improve tobacco leaf yield,output value,and appearance quality,and achieve better chemical component coordination in the middle leaves,resulting in the best overall performance.Three-time topdressing(treatment T7)showed better field disease resistance effects.In conclusion,for the Ninglang tobacco-growing area,it is recommended to adopt the fertilization strategy of"emphasizing topdressing in two stages"as the preferred option for producing high-quality tobacco leaves.At the same time,considering the risk of disease occurrence,topdress-ing in three stages may be appropriately considered to enhance resistance.This study provides direct theoretical and practical refer-ences for optimizing the fertilization techniques in this tobacco-growing area.
