思政引领力视角下新时代中小学教师培训的三重论域OACHSSCD
On the Three Domains of Teacher Training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Influence
新时代教育核心目标是建设具有强大思政引领力的中国特色社会主义教育强国,中小学教师作为基础教育高质量发展的"第一资源",其培训需以思政引领力为核心牵引.在价值论层面,深化思政引领是筑牢教师政治根基、深化师德师风建设、实现"育才与育德"统一的必然要求,为教育强国建设奠定师资根基;在认识论层面,思政引领力是一个涵盖政治领导力、精神感召力、道德感染力、价值引领力的有机整体,四重维度相互关联、协同作用,为培训工作提供理论框架和方向指引;在实践论层面,需通过党建与培训深度融合、创新分层分类培训模式、开展常态化专题研修、深化"知行合一"实践研修等路径,实现思政引领力从理论向教师育人能力的有效转化,最终以"铸魂强师"助推基础教育高质量发展.
The overarching goal of education in the new era is to establish a socialist education system of Chinese characteristics that possesses strong ideological and political influence.Primary and secondary school teachers,being the"fundamental resource"for the high-quality development of basic education,must receive training with such influence at its core.Axiologically,strengthening ideological and political influence is essential for anchoring teachers'political foundations,deepening their professional ethics,and achieving the integration of"cultivating talent and nurturing morality",thereby laying a robust teaching force foundation for an educationally strong nation.Epistemologically,this influence forms an organic unity encompassing political leadership,spiritual inspiration,moral charisma,and value guidance.These four interconnected dimensions operate synergistically with a theoretical framework and directional guidance for teacher training offered.Practically,pathways must be implemented to effectively translate this influence from theory into teachers'educational capabilities.These include deep integration of Party building with training,innovation of tiered and categorized training models,regular thematic seminars,and practice-based training that"unites knowledge with action".Ultimately,such efforts seek to"strengthen the soul and empower teachers",thereby advancing the high-quality development of basic education.
