数据驱动逐渐成为教育数智化的重要推动力,教育系统面临从传统经验性、情感性向数据化、科学化转型的现实挑战.教育公共数据要素化水平已成为制约新质生产力提升与发展的重要瓶颈.教育公共数据要素化重塑了教育系统的结构与功能,使数据成为教育高质量发展过程中的关键新质生产力要素,推动教育从知识传授转向基于数据反馈的个性化与动态化生成过程.然而,公共数据在推动教育精准化和效率提升的同时,也带来了教育主体性丧失和人文关怀削弱的深度隐忧.基于对教育公共数据要素化的本体论深度剖析,探索其对教育实践、知识生产和主体关系的重构作用.为化解其现实风险,应在教育公共数据治理中平衡数据理性与人文关怀,确保教育在数智化的同时仍然关注个体的多样性与全面发展.立足对数据要素化与教育实践的本体论反思,教育应在新质生产力与传统教育价值之间寻求平衡,以数据驱动实现中国式教育现代化.

Data-driven approaches have gradually emerged as a key driving force in the digital and intelligent transformation of education.The education system now faces the practical challenge of shifting from traditional experience-and-emotion-based models to data-informed and scientific approaches.The level of datafication in public educational data has become a major bottleneck constraining the enhancement and development of new quality productive forces in education.The datafication of public educational data reshapes the structure and function of the education system,turning data into a crucial factor of new quality productive forces in the process of advancing high-quality education.It also propels education from mere knowledge transmission toward a personalized and dynamically generated process grounded in data feedback.However,while public data contributes to the precision and efficiency of education,it simultaneously raises profound concerns about the erosion of educational subjectivity and the diminishing of humanistic care.Through an ontological examination of the datafication of public educational data,this study explores its reconstructive effects on educational practices,knowledge production,and subject relationships.To mitigate these practical risks,China should strike a balance between data rationality and humanistic care in the governance of public educational data,ensuring that education continues to prioritize individual diversity and holistic development even amid digital and intelligent transformation.Grounded in ontological reflections on datafication and educational practice,education must seek equilibrium between new quality productive forces and traditional educational values,thereby advancing data-driven educational modernization with Chinese characteristics.
