以叶尔羌河流域胡杨为研究对象,分析胡杨叶片碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)生态化学计量特征及对土壤因子的响应,结果表明:(1)研究区胡杨叶片全碳(TC)和全磷(TP)含量与新疆荒漠区植物含量基本一致,全氮(TN)低于新疆荒漠区植物含量水平.同时全氮质量 w(N)∶全磷质量 w(P)<14 说明胡杨生长主要受 N 素限制.胡杨叶片的生态化学计量比全碳质量w(C)∶全磷质量w(P)>全碳质量w(C)∶全氮质量w(N)>全碳质量w(C)∶全钾质量w(K)>全氮质量w(N)∶全磷质量w(P)>全氮质量w(N)∶全钾质量w(K)>全磷质量w(P)∶全钾质量w(K).(2)胡杨叶片全碳(TC)、全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)、全钾(TK)、C∶N、C∶P、C∶K、N∶P、N∶K、P∶K的变异系数均在 50%以下,变异强度属于中等强度以下,说明胡杨叶片生态化学计量的稳定性较强.(3)胡杨生态化学计量特征与土壤全磷(SP)呈显著正相关(P<0.05),由此说明土壤全磷(SP)是胡杨叶片生态计量特征变异的主导因子.

Based on the population of Populus euphratica in Yarkant River Basin as the research object,the ecological stoichiometric characteristics of C,N,P and K in leaves of Populus euphratica and their response to soil factors were analyzed.The results showed that(1)the contents of total carbon(TC)and total phosphorus(TP)in the leaves of Populus euphratica in the study area were basically the same as those in the desert area of Xinjiang,and the total nitrogen(TN)was lower than that in the desert area of Xinjiang.Meanwhile,mass ratio of N to P less than 14 indicating that the growth of Populus euphratica was mainly limited by N.Ecological stoichiometric ratios of Populus euphratica were as follows:w(C)∶w(P)>w(C)∶w(N)>w(C)w(K)>w(N)∶w(P)>w(N)∶w(K)>w(P)∶w(K).(2)The variation coefficients of total carbon(TC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),total potassium(TK),C∶N,C∶P,C∶K,N∶P,N∶K and P∶K were all less than 50%,and the variation intensity was below medium intensity,indicating that the ecological stoichiometry of Populus euphratica leaves was very stable.(3)The ecological stoichiometric characteristics of Populus euphratica were significantly positively correlated with soil total phosphorus(SP))(P<0.05),soil total phosphorus(SP)was the dominant factor for the variation of ecological stoichiometric characteristics of Populus euphratica leaves.
