为提高某卷烟厂叶丝库物流系统的运行性能,基于仿真实验对其有轨小车(RGV)调度策略与装箱缓存线补箱策略进行优化.针对该物流系统运行过程较为复杂而难以采用数学模型进行描述的特点,基于离散事件仿真原理建立了叶丝库物流系统仿真模型并提出就远原则调度策略和分批补箱策略;针对分批补箱策略的因素优化问题,构建了基于正交试验和多项式回归分析的代理数学模型,并利用混合整数规划寻找各因素最佳取值.仿真验证结果表明:该双策略优化方案可使RGV的平均载荷和任务平均等待时间分别降低约2.6%和26.8%,入库时间间隔方差降低约3.6%;在1辆RGV出现故障(该物流系统共有21辆RGV)的情况下,采用优化后策略的叶丝库物流系统仍能满足生产需求.该技术可为提高卷烟厂物流系统运行效率提供支持.

To improve the operational performance of a cut tobacco warehouse logistics system,rail guided vehicle(RGV)dispatching and packaging buffer line replenishment strategies were optimized based on simulation experiments.In response to the complex operation process of the cut tobacco logistics system that was difficult to describe using mathematical models alone,a simulation model of the warehouse logistics system was established based on the principle of discrete event simulation,and remote-priority dispatching strategy and batch-wise replenishment strategy were proposed to identify the optimal parameters for the batch-wise replenishment strategy,a surrogate mathematical model was constructed based on an orthogonal experimental design and polynomial regression analysis.In addition,a mixed integer programming approach was employed to derive the optimal value of each variate.Simulation results indicated that the proposed two strategies reduced the average RGV load,the average task waiting time and the variance of warehouse entry time interval by approximately 2.6%,26.8%and 3.6%.Moreover,when one RGV(out of a total of 21 RGVs in the logistics system)was malfunctioning,the dual-strategy cut tobacco warehouse logistics system was still able to meet production requirements.This technology provides support for improving the operation efficiency of logistics systems for cigarette manufacturing factories.
