随着我国耕地资源日益紧张,饲料产业和畜禽养殖业面临粮食危机.作为主要能量饲料原料的玉米,其资源日益紧张且价格持续上涨,导致养殖成本显著攀升.高粱作为全球第5 大粮食作物,在畜禽生产中发挥着重要作用,其营养成分与玉米相近,价格低廉,可作为玉米的有效替代品.本文综述了高粱相对玉米的营养价值、高粱在家禽中的生物利用率及应用研究进展,以期为高粱的实际应用提供技术参考.

With the increasing shortage of cultivated land resources in China,the feed industry and the livestock and poultry breeding sec-tors are facing with a food crisis.The scarcity of corn,which is the primary energy feed raw material,along with rising prices,has resulted in a significant increase in breeding costs.Sorghum,as the fifth largest food crop in the world,plays an important role in livestock and poultry production,and its nutritional composition is similar to that of corn,making it an effective substitute.This paper reviews the nutritional value of sorghum relative to maize,its bioavailability in poultry,and recent research progress in its application,aiming to provide a technical refer-ence for the practical use of sorghum.
