基于新一代北斗的中欧班列铁路集装箱定位追踪技术研究OA
Railway Container Tracking Technology for China Railway Express Based on New-Generation BeiDou System
通过调研北斗定位系统在铁路集装箱运输中的应用现状,针对中欧班列集装箱在金属遮蔽、跨境长距离及恶劣环境下实时追踪定位的难题,提出基于北斗三号定位技术的集装箱定位装置设计方案.通过融合天线优化、射频增强与智能算法技术解决集装箱箱体信号多径效应干扰、快速搜星启动难题,通过集成高效率光伏充电、智能电源精确管理及低温充电技术解决定位装置的超低功耗与超长续航难题.依托采集的中欧班列数据,评估定位装置传输完整性、搜星定位时间、加速度、电量及环境温度等关键性能指标.研究表明,基于新一代北斗的定位技术可为集装箱的资产管理、运输安全、物流服务及运用管理全方位赋能,提供有力的技术支撑.
Based on an investigation of the current application status of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System in railway container transportation,this paper addresses the challenges of real-time tracking and positioning of China Railway Express containers under conditions of metal-shielding,cross-border long-distance transportation,and harsh environments.A container positioning device design scheme based on BeiDou-3 positioning technology was proposed.By integrating antenna optimization,radio frequency enhancement,and intelligent algorithm technologies,the solution resolved multipath interference caused by the container structure and the difficulty of rapid satellite acquisition at startup.Furthermore,the integration of high-efficiency photovoltaic charging,intelligent precision power management,and low-temperature charging technologies resolved the critical challenges of achieving ultra-low power consumption and ultra-long endurance of the positioning device.Based on data collected from China Railway Express operations,key performance indicators of the positioning device,including transmission integrity,satellite acquisition time,acceleration,battery level,and ambient temperature,were evaluated.The results show that the new-generation BeiDou-based positioning technology provides strong technical support for container asset management,transportation safety,logistics services,and operational management.
