"强网补链"形势下包西线张桥—何寨段扩能改造方案及标准研究OA
Study on Capacity Expansion and Renovation Schemes and Standards for Zhangqiao-Hezhai Section of Baotou-Xi'an Railway under Situation of"Strengthening Network and Complementing Chains"
包西线是国家北煤南运战略通道之一,张桥—何寨段是包西线引入西安枢纽的重要区段.目前,张桥—何寨段能力利用率达98.7%,通过能力已饱和,亟需扩能改造.研究首先阐述了既有线概况及路网客、货运输存在的问题;其次,结合研究年度客、货运需求,分析了预测运量与既有线能力的适应情况,推荐增建三四线,并从工程设置及运输组织方面分析了增建客货共线及货运专线方案,最终推荐三四线按货运专线标准建设.在此基础上,进一步结合地形条件,从路网匹配性、运输组织适应性等方面研究了增建三四线的限制坡度.从而为既有线扩能改造方案提供参考.
The Baotou-Xi'an Railway is one of the national strategic channels for transporting coal from the north to the south.The Zhangqiao-Hezhai section is a crucial segment for the railway's introduction into the Xi'an Hub.Currently,the capacity utilization rate of the Zhangqiao-Hezhai section reaches 98.7%,indicating that the carrying capacity is saturated,and capacity expansion and renovation are urgently needed.First,the overview of the existing line and the problems existing in passenger and freight transportation of the railway network were expounded.Secondly,combined with the passenger and freight demand in the research year,the adaptability between the predicted traffic volume and the capacity of the existing line was analyzed,and the construction of additional third and fourth lines was recommended.The schemes of adding mixed passenger and freight lines and dedicated freight lines were analyzed from the aspects of engineering setting and transportation organization.Finally,it was recommended that the third and fourth lines be built according to the standards of dedicated freight lines.On this basis,further combined with the topographic conditions,the limiting gradient of the additional third and fourth lines was studied from the perspectives of network matching and transportation organization adaptability.The study provides a reference for the capacity expansion and renovation scheme of the existing line.
