铁路物流总包发展对策研究OA

Vigorously developing logistics general contracting business and improving the whole-process logistics organization capability of railway freight are important measures to accelerate the construction of a modern railway logistics system and promote the quality improvement,efficiency enhancement,and cost reduction of social logistics.This paper analyzed the connotation and significance of logistics general contracting,systematically investigated its development status from the aspects of project development,operational management,project execution,and risk prevention and control,and analyzed the existing main problems.Combined with the transformation paths and successful experiences of railway transport enterprises in developed countries such as the United States and Germany transforming into logistics enterprises,five development strategies for logistics general contracting were proposed:improving relevant policies;transforming marketing approaches to expand and segment markets;strengthening resource coordination to fully utilize railway resources and establish multi-party alliances for capacity assurance;enhancing service quality and establishing professional and market-oriented service teams;optimizing pricing methods.The findings provide references for improving the whole-process logistics service capability of China's railway freight,transforming and upgrading from traditional transport enterprises to modern logistics enterprises,and constructing a modern railway logistics system.
