生物安全与健康挑战及应对策略综述OA
Review on challenges to biosafety and health and their countermeasures
生物安全作为21世纪人类生存与发展的核心议题,已从实验室的微观操作扩展至全球生态系统的宏观治理.在基因编辑技术突破、新发传染病频发、生态失衡加剧的背景下,生物安全与健康的关联性日益凸显.本文结合自己所从事的医学检验工作与细胞治疗研究工作实践及所接触到的生物技术前沿动态,对其中生物安全问题提出思考,总结了目前所面临的生物安全威胁及其对健康的深远影响,并提出跨学科协同治理的解决路径.
Biosafety represents the central issue concerning human survival and development in the 21st century.It has evolved from the micro-level operations within laboratories to the macro-level governance of the global ecosystem.In the context of advancements in gene editing technology,the increasing incidence of novel infectious diseases,and the worsening of ecological imbalances,the interconnection between biosafety and health has become increasingly significant.Drawing on our experience in medical laboratory work and cell therapy research,as well as insights into the cutting-edge developments in biotechnology,this paper examines biosafety concerns,outlines the biosafety threats we are currently facing and their profound impacts on health,and proposes a pathway toward interdisciplinary collaborative governance.
