网络因子模型建模方法的回顾、评述与展望OACHSSCD
Review,Evaluation and Prospect of the Network Factor Model Modeling Method
近年来,关于网络因子模型的网络降维技术及相关应用的研究不断涌现.文章在简要回顾节点因子模型的基础上,重点对考虑边的网络因子模型的建模方法进行了系统梳理.根据共同因子的静态与动态特征、共同因子的矩阵值与向量值结构以及网络结构的外生性与内生性,将考虑边的网络因子模型划分为四类,从模型设定、模型估计等计量分析视角,对相关研究进行了分类归纳与评述.既能实现对节点变量的降维,又能实现对网络联结的降维,加强模型的可识别分析,关注模型估计的稳健性和"维数灾难"问题,依然是未来研究需要重点关注的方向.
In recent years,research on network dimension reduction techniques based on network factor models and related applications have been emerging continuously.Based on a brief review of the node factor model,this paper focuses on systemati-cally sorting out the modeling methods of the network factor model considering edges.According to the static and dynamic charac-teristics of the common factors,the matrix value and vector value structure of the common factors,as well as the exogeneity and en-dogeneity of the network structure,the network factor models considering edges are classified into four categories.From the per-spectives of econometric analysis such as model setting and model estimation,the related studies are classified,summarized and reviewed.It can not only achieve dimensionality reduction of node variables but also of network connections.Strengthening the identifiable analysis of models,paying attention to the robustness of model estimates and the"curse of dimensionality",remains a key focus for future research.
