数据要素市场化赋能战略性新兴产业企业新质生产力:理论机制与实证检验OACHSSCD

The efficient allocation of data elements is crucial for cultivating and developing new quality productivity.Based on the data of China's A-share listed companies in strategic emerging industries from 2011 to 2023,this paper takes the estab-lishment of data trading platforms as a quasi-natural experiment for data element marketization,and uses a multi-period DID model to systematically examine its impact on enterprise new quality productivity and the internal mechanism.The study finds that data element marketization significantly enhances enterprise new quality productivity,and that particularly,under the current lev-el of new quality productivity of enterprises in strategic emerging industries,as the new quality productivity of enterprises devel-ops,this driving effect shows a marginal increasing feature.The results of mechanism analysis show that the marketization of data elements can empower the improvement of new quality productivity levels of enterprises by enhancing the enterprise innovation ef-fect brought about by the"flow optimization"of data elements and the digital transformation effect brought about by"quality im-provement and quantity increase".The results of heterogeneity analysis are shown as below:The marketization of data elements can better promote the improvement of new quality productivity level in non-state-owned enterprises and technology-intensive enterprises,while the impact on state-owned enterprises and labor-intensive and capital-intensive enterprises is not obvious.In regions with high endowments to the digital economy and strong protection of intellectual property rights,the positive effect of the marketization of data elements on the new quality productivity of enterprises is more significant.
