助产士主导的分娩期全流程护理在经阴道分娩初产妇中的应用OA

Objective To explore the application effect of midwife-led whole process nursing during delivery period in primiparas with transvaginal delivery.Methods A total of 78 primiparas who underwent transvaginal delivery in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected and divided into the reference group and the study group according to the order of admission,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional midwifery nursing,while the study group received the midwife-led whole process nursing during delivery period on the basis of the reference group.The delivery outcomes,labor process,fear of delivery,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the delivery outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).The first,second,and third stages of labor in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of fear of fetal health,fear of the harm of labor pain,fear of self-control,and fear of medical nursing in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of nursing,the stress experienced during delivery,and the personal attributes of primiparas in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwife-led whole process nursing during delivery period can effectively shorten the labor process of primiparas,reduce delivery fear,and improve the satisfaction of primiparas.
