基于早期预警评分联合疼痛评分的早期止痛及损伤控制干预在学龄期外科非创伤性急腹症患儿中的应用效果OA

Objective To observe the application effect of early analgesia and damage control intervention based on early warning score combined with pain score in school-age children with non-traumatic acute abdomen surgery.Methods A total of 120 school-age children with non-traumatic acute abdomen admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2023 to June 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using a coin toss method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional emergency nursing care for acute abdomen,while the observation group received early analgesia and damage control intervention based on early warning score combined with pain score in addition to conventional emergency nursing care for acute abdomen.The differences in pain score,comfort score,and total incidence rate of complications between the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence rate of complications,and pain score after nursing in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the comfort score after nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early analgesia and damage control intervention based on early warning score combined with pain score can further improve the first aid effect of school-age children with surgical non-traumatic acute abdomen,and has certain promotion and application significance.
