全程绿色通道护理路径联合系统降温在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的应用OA
Application of the whole-process green channel nursing pathway combined with system temperature cooling in the emergency nursing of children with febrile convulsion
目的 探讨全程绿色通道护理路径联合系统降温在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的应用效果.方法 选取榆林市儿童医院 2023 年 6 月至 2025 年1月收治的 90 例高热惊厥患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规急诊护理)与研究组(在对照组基础上进行全程绿色通道护理路径联合系统降温),各45 例.比较两组急救时效性(分诊评估时间、惊厥控制时间、体温达标时间)、病情控制效果[体温波动幅度、惊厥复发次数、改良格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)]、并发症发生情况及护理满意度.结果 研究组分诊评估时间、惊厥控制时间、体温达标时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).研究组体温波动幅度、改良GCS评分、惊厥复发次数均低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 全程绿色通道护理路径联合系统降温能缩短高热惊厥患儿的急救时间,提高体温控制稳定性,减少惊厥复发次数,降低脑功能损伤及并发症发生风险,提升护理满意度,具有临床应用价值.
Objective To explore the application effect of the whole-process green channel nursing pathway combined with system temperature cooling in the emergency nursing of children with febrile convulsion.Methods A total of 90 children with febrile convulsion admitted to Yulin Children's Hospital from June 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into the control group(conventional emergency nursing)and the study group(whole-process green channel nursing pathway combined with system temperature cooling on the basis of the control group)by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The timeliness of first aid(triage assessment time,seizure control time,and time to reach the target body temperature),the effectiveness of disease control(amplitude of body temperature fluctuation,frequency of seizure recurrence,modified Glasgow coma scale[GCS]),incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The triage assessment time,seizure control time,and time to reach the target body temperature of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The amplitude of body temperature fluctuation,the frequency of seizure recurrence,and the modified GCS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process green channel nursing pathway combined with system temperature cooling can shorten the emergency treatment time of children with febrile convulsion,improve the stability of body temperature control,reduce the frequency of convulsion recurrence,lower the risk of brain function injury and complications,and enhance the nursing satisfaction.It has clinical application value.
