家庭赋权-督导跟进护理模式在小儿尿道下裂术后延续性护理中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the effect of family empowerment supervision and follow-up nursing model in continuous nursing of children with hypospadias after surgery.Methods Using the random number table method,a total of 70 children with hypospadias diagnosed and treated in Xuzhou Central Hospital from February 2022 to July 2025 were divided into two groups.There were 35 pediatric patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given family empowerment supervision and follow-up nursing model intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The pain degree(faces pain scale-revised[FPS-R])at 1,2 and 3 days after surgery,and the psychological state(child behavior checklist[CBCL])and caregiver care ability(family caregiver task inventory([FCTI])before and after intervention of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of complications of the two groups was calculated.Results The FPS-R scores in the observation group were lower than those in control group at 1,2 and 3 days after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of all dimensions of CBCL in the observation group after intervention were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of all dimensions of FCTI in the observation group after intervention were lower(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the continuous nursing of children with hypospadias after surgery,the family empowerment supervision and follow-up nursing model can effectively improve the psychological state of children,enhance family care ability,promote the recovery process of children after surgery,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
