影院式3D可视化赋能个性化术前访视在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果OA

Objective To observe the application effect of cinema-style 3D visualization empowering personalized preoperative visits in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroid were included,all selected from Dongtai People's Hospital,with case selection completed from February 2024 to May 2025.They were divided into the control group(60 cases,receiving standardized one-on-one preoperative visits)and the observation group(60 cases,receiving cinema-style 3D visualization empowering personalized preoperative visits on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method.Both groups were nursed until discharge and followed up for 3 months.Various indicators between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter postoperative flatulence time,time to get out of bed,gastrointestinal function recovery time,time to resume eating,and hospital stay(P<0.05).Compared to before nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in both the observation group and the control group decreased after nursing,while the score of comfort increased,after 3 months of nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life increased,with the improvement in scores was greater in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and overall satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized preoperative visits empowered by cinema-style 3D visualization can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,alleviate negative emotions,improve comfort and quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and thereby increase nursing satisfaction.
