[目的]为解决机柜服务器内部高温元件产生的局部热点问题,同时降低数据机房空调系统能耗,建立包含服务器元器件几何形状的数值模型,通过辐射导流板与高温元件辐射换热来缓解局部热点热像.[方法]对比研究辐射导流板机柜服务器冷却效果的影响因素,同时利用供热指数、回热指数、回风温度指数以及能量利用系数对机房热环境进行评价分析;在此基础上对新型对流辐射耦合换热空调系统的送风温度、辐射板安装角度及温度等关键参数进行优化.[结果]结果表明:包含服务器元器件几何形状的数值模型可以更好地反映机柜内部气流组织与温度分布;同一送风温度下采用45°辐射导流板的机房热环境最佳;新型对流辐射耦合换热空调系统送风温度可高达22℃,与传统对流空调系统设计送风温度相比提高了4℃,机房空调系统耗电量可节约12.95%;辐射导流板温度由16提高至21℃时,仍满足数据机房空调设计要求,此时空调系统耗电量可进一步降低1.05%.

[Purposes]It is meaningful to solve the local hot spot problem generated by high-tem-perature components inside cabinet server and at the same time to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system in data room.[Methods]A numerical model containing the geometry of server components was established,and the local hot spot thermal image was mitigated by radiating heat ex-change between radiant deflector plate and high-temperature component.The influencing factors of the cooling effect of cabinet server with radiation deflector plate were studied comparatively,and the heat supply index,heat return index,return air temperature index,and energy utilization coefficient were used to evaluate and analyze the thermal environment of server room;on this basis,key parame-ters such as the air supply temperature,the installation angle,and the temperature of the radiation plate of the new convection-radiation-coupled heat exchanger air-conditioning system were opti-mized.[Results]The results show that the numerical model including the geometry of server compo-nents can better reflect the airflow organization and temperature distribution inside the cabinet.The thermal environment of the server room with 45° radiation deflector plate is the best at the same air supply temperature.The air supply temperature of the new convection-radiation-coupled heat ex-changer and air conditioning system can be as high as 22℃,which is 4℃higher than that of the tradi-tional convection air conditioning system,and the power consumption of the server room air condition-ing system can be saved by 12.95%.When radiation deflector temperature rises from 16 to 21℃,the system can still meet the data room air conditioning design requirements,and the air conditioning sys-tem power consumption can be further reduced by 1.05%.
