白云岩石粉用于3D打印混凝土的试验研究OA
Application of Dolomite Powder to 3D Printing Concrete
[目的]白云岩石粉是开采和加工白云岩过程中产生的废弃物,通过白云岩石粉取代部分质量的水泥,以提高白云岩石粉利用率.[方法]对3D打印混凝土(3DPC)的可打印性能和力学性能进行了试验研究,结合扫描电子显微镜和能量色散X射线分析对硬化后3DPC的性能开展了机理分析,探索使用白云岩石粉以减少3DPC碳排放和能耗的潜力.[结果]结果表明:随着白云岩石粉掺量的增加,3DPC的流动性提高,开放时间延长;掺量不超过5%的白云石粉可提高3DPC的可建造性和层间结合强度;白云岩石粉的去白云石化反应有助于3DPC后期抗折强度和抗压强度的提高.掺入一定量(本研究为5%)的白云岩石粉可提高3DPC的可打印性,对力学性能不产生显著影响,减少水泥用量,降低打印材料的碳排放.
[Purposes]Dolomite powder(DP)is one of the natural waste powders generated dur-ing the mining and processing of dolomite.For its better utilization,this study is carried out.[Meth-ods]A sustainable 3D printing concrete(3DPC)was investigated by using DP as a partial replace-ment of cement and the printability and mechanical properties of 3DPC were evaluated.Meanwhile,mechanism analysis of the properties of hardened 3DPC with DP was conducted by using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopic X-ray analysis.Moreover,the potential of DP usage to reduce carbon emission and energy consumption of 3DPC was explored.[Results]The results show that the fluidity and open time of 3DPC are improved with the increase of DP content.When the content of DP reaches 5%,the buildability and interlayer bond strength of 3DPC are im-proved.The dedolomitization reaction of DP contributes to the improvement of flexural and compres-sive strengths of 3DPC in the later stage.From this study,it can be concluded that incorporating a certain amount(5%in this study)of DP can improve the printability of 3DPC without significantly in-fluening its mechanical properties.Furthermore,the DP incorporation can reduce the amount of ce-ment usage and decrease the carbon emission of printing materials.
