SBS胶乳改性乳化沥青流变机制及黏附性能OA
Rheological Mechanism and Adhesion Properties of SBS Latex Modified Emulsified Asphalt
[目的]SBS改性乳化沥青性能优异,制备过程中SBS改性沥青黏度较高而难以乳化,目前存在难以提高SBS改性乳化沥青中SBS掺量的问题.[方法]本文采用先乳化后改性的制备工艺,首先将SBS乳化为SBS胶乳,再加入到乳化沥青中制备SBS胶乳改性乳化沥青(SBS latex modified emulsified asphalt,SBS-LMEA).通过荧光显微试验和傅里叶红外光谱试验比较SBS-LMEA与由先改性后乳化法制备的SBS改性乳化沥青(SBS modified emulsified asphalt,SBS-MEA),探究SBS胶乳中添加剂对改性乳化沥青微观机理的影响;通过频率扫描、MSCR、主动黏附试验及拉拔试验评价不同SBS含量下SBS-LMEA的流变机制与黏附性能变化.[结果]结果表明,SBS-LMEA与SBS-MEA在微观结构和官能团上基本一致,均为物理改性,SBS胶乳中添加剂对改性乳化沥青微观结构和官能团无影响;与纯乳化沥青相比,SBS含量为8%的SBS-LMEA高温抵抗变形能力和低温变形恢复能力得到大幅提高;随SBS含量增加,不可恢复变形减小,弹性恢复能力增强,Jnr由44 kPa-1降低至0.18 kPa-1,R由14%提升至93%;抗剥落性能增强,抗剥落度由10.7%增至50.9%;拉拔强度从0.54提升至1.54 MPa.
[Purposes]SBS modified emulsified asphalt has excellent performance,but it is diffi-cult to emulsify SBS modified asphalt in its preparation process because of its high viscosity.[Meth-ods]In this paper,SBS latex modified emulsified asphalt(SBS-LMEA)was prepared by first emulsi-fying SBS into SBS latex and then adding the SBS Latex it into emulsified asphalt.By comparing SBS-LMEA with SBS modified emulsified asphalt(SBS-MEA)with fluorescence microscopy and Fourier infrared spectroscopy,the effects of additives in SBS latex on the microscopic mechanism of modified emulsified asphalt were investigated.The rheological mechanism and adhesion properties of SBS-LMEA with different SBS contents were evaluated thougth frequency scanning,MSCR,active adhesion test,and pull-out test.[Results]The results show that the microstructure and functional groups of SBS-LMEA and SBS-MEA are basically the same,and both belong to physical modifica-tions.The additives in SBS latex have no effect on the microstructure and functional groups of modi-fied emulsified asphalt.Compared with those of pure emulsified asphalt,the high temperature defor-mation resistance and low temperature deformation recovery ability of SBS-LMEA with SBS content of 8%are greatly improved.With the increase of SBS content,the irrecoverable deformation de-creases,the elastic recovery ability increases,Jnr decreases from 44 to 0.18 kPa-1,R increases from 14%to 93%,the resistance to spalling increases from 10.7%to 50.9%,and the drawing strength in-creases from 0.54 to 1.54 MPa.
