基于互联网平台的促进健康行为教育在肝癌病人院外日常生活中的应用OA

Objective:To explore the application of health-promoting behavior education based on Internet platforms in the daily life of liver cancer patients outside the hospital.Methods:A total of 105 liver cancer patients who visited a tertiary Grade A hospital in Shanxi province from October 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an test group by using a random number table method.The control group was received conventional nursing care and outpatient guidance.The test group received health-promoting behavior education based on internet platform in addition to the control group's interventions.The self-management ability,general self-efficacy,quality of life,cancer-related fatigue,physical activity,and sleep duration were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the general self-efficacy,self-management ability,quality of life,cancer-related fatigue,and physical activity of the test group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Health-promotion behavior education based on Internet platform could improve the self-management ability,general self-efficacy,quality of life,and physical activity of liver cancer patients in their daily life outside hospital,and alleviate cancer-related fatigue of patients.
