基于社会生态系统理论的护士社会幸福感潜在剖面分析及影响因素OA
Latent profiles analysis of nurses'social well-being based on social ecosystems theory and its influencing factors
目的:基于社会生态系统理论,探讨三级甲等医院护士社会幸福感现状,分析其潜在类别及影响因素.方法:采用便利抽样法,于2024年7月—9月选取西安市4所三级甲等医院的658名护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、社会幸福感量表、领悟社会支持量表及感恩量表进行调查,通过潜在剖面分析识别其社会幸福感类别,并通过单因素和Logistic回归分析识别各类别的影响因素.结果:护士社会幸福感水平可分为3个潜在类别:低幸福-失衡型(30.1%)、中幸福-混沌型(48.5%)和高幸福-积极型(21.4%).Logistic回归分析结果显示,工作年限、感恩水平、领悟社会支持是护士社会幸福感微观系统层面的影响因素(P<0.05),婚姻状况、所属科室是护士社会幸福感中观系统层面的影响因素(P<0.05).结论:护士社会幸福感存在明显群体异质性,护理管理者应基于社会生态系统理论,构建以不同类别群体为导向的差异化干预方案,通过靶向提升护士的幸福感水平,形成正向激励循环,驱动医院护理服务质量实现优化,改善病人就医体验,提升医疗服务满意度.
Objective:Based on social ecosystems theory,to investigate the current status of nurses'social well-being in tertiary hospitals,and to analyze its potential categories and influencing factors.Methods:A total of 658 nurses from four tertiary hospitals in Xi'an city were selected by convenience sampling method.They were investigated by using a general information questionnaire,the Social well-being scale,the Perceptive social support scale and the Gratitude scale.Social well-being categories of them were identified through latent profile analysis.The influencing factors of each category were identified by utilizing univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis.Results:The Social well-being level of nurses was divided into three categories:low well-being-imbalanced(30.1%),medium well-being-chaotic(48.5%),and high well-being-positive(21.4%).Logistic regression analysis showed that working years,gratitude level,and perceiving social support are microsystem level influences of nurses'social well-being,and marital status,and affiliation to the department are microsystem level influences of nurses'social well-being.The P-values for all of these influences were less than 0.05.Conclusions:The social well-being level of nurses exhibited heterogeneity.Nursing managers should build differentiated intervention programs oriented to different categories of groups based on the Social Ecosystems Theory.They should enhance the level of nurses'well-being through targeting,to form a positive incentive cycle,to drive the optimization of the quality of nursing services in hospitals,so as to improve the patients'experience of medical treatment,and to enhance healthcare service satisfaction.
