Objective Based on the screening schemes of different groups of people with high risk of cerebral hemor-rhage in chief physician Wang Xiaoling's team,we analyze the distribution of Chinese medicine constitution in high-risk groups in high-risk groups in cerebral hemorrhage,and the main risk factors of high-risk groups in high-risk groups in differ-ent types of Chinese medicine constitutions were summarized,and the clinical intervention experience of high-risk groups in high-risk groups in damp heat constitution was summarized to provide reference for stroke prevention and treatment.Meth-ods 846 high-risk patients with high-risk cerebral hemorrhage who were screened for stroke at Ankang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to December 2023 were included.General information of patients,type of traditional Chi-nese medicine constitution and high-risk factors were collected,and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the distribu-tion of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and high-risk factors in all patients;at the same time,the clinical experi-ence of Chief Physician Wang Xiaoling's intervention in high-risk cerebral hemorrhage at the high-risk group of damp heat constitution was summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 846 high-risk patients with cerebral hemorrhage were includ-ed,among which the distribution of medical physiques was damp heat and phlegm and dampness＞yin deficiency＞blood sta-sis＞qi deficiency＞yang deficiency＞qi depression＞calmness＞special quality,among which the proportion of damp heat,phlegm and dampness,yin deficiency,blood stasis and qi deficiency was 90.2%;among the high-risk groups with hyperten-sion,exercise deficiency,obesity,family history of stroke and stroke,most of the stroke risk factors of damp heat and phlegm and dampness were manifested as damp heat and phlegm and dampness,and most of the patients with smoking,dyslipidemia and heart disease were manifested as damp heat and blood stasis,and most of the patients with diabetes and environmental psychological factors were manifested as damp heat and yin deficiency;the proportion of stroke risk factors for high-risk groups with damp heat and cerebral hemorrhage was relatively high.Conclusion The five most common types of Chinese medicine biased constitutions in high-risk groups for people with high risk of cerebral hemorrhage are damp heat,phlegm and dampness,yin deficiency,blood stasis and qi deficiency;damp heat constitution is the most important biased constitu-tion for people with high-risk cerebral hemorrhage;Chief Physicians Wang Xiaoling's team has formulated the"Pinggan and Zhu Zhu Zhu Prescription"for people with high-risk cerebral hemorrhage with high-risk cerebral hemorrhage with accurate clinical efficacy,and its mechanism of action needs to be further studied.
