赵晓平教授运用针刺运动疗法治疗脑出血后偏瘫学术思想初探OA
Preliminary Exploration of Professor Xiaoping Zhao's Academic Thought on Acupuncture-Motion Therapy for the Treatment of Hemiplegia After Cerebral Hemorrhage
脑出血后偏瘫作为该疾病的主要后遗症之一,以其高发病率与高致残率给患者身心带来沉重负担.陕西省名中医赵晓平教授在治疗此类偏瘫时,注重融合传统针灸技术与现代运动疗法,形成了一套以"针刺运动疗法"为核心的脑出血后偏瘫治疗体系.该体系基于中医气街与筋经理论,注重头皮针与体针配合,强调"治痿取阳明"并兼顾整体辨证,同时创新性地建立了"卧、坐、立、行"分期治疗模式,实现了针刺刺激与主动、被动功能训练的动态结合.临床实践表明,该疗法能有效促进神经功能重组与运动功能恢复,为脑出血后偏瘫的康复提供了具有显著中医特色的中西医结合治疗路径,具有重要的临床推广与学术传承价值.
Hemiplegia is one of the main sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage,and its high incidence and disability rates impose a heavy burden on the physical and mental well-being of patients.Professor Xiaoping Zhao,an esteemed traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioner from Shaanxi Province,emphasizes the integration of traditional acupuncture tech-niques with modern motion therapy in the treatment of hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage.Over years of clinical practice,Professor Zhao has continuously studied classical TCM texts,expanding the scope of acupuncture-motion therapy through concepts such as the Qi Street Theory and Meridian Tendon Theory.His innovative approach led to the development of a staged acupuncture-motion treatment plan,forming a unique academic system for treating hemiplegia after cerebral hemor-rhage.This distinctive acupuncture-motion therapy is worthy of further study and inheritance.
