病理-临床-科研三维融通病理学教学范式研究OA
Construction of a three-dimensional integrated teaching paradigm of"pathology,clinical practice,and scientific research"in the course of pathology
针对病理学教学与临床实践脱节、学生临床思维和科研能力培养不足的现象和问题,文章构建并验证了病理-临床-科研三维融通的教学新范式.以数字化切片和矩阵化案例为教学资源,教学内容纵向融合病理形态、临床表现、科研前沿,横向关联不同疾病类型与阶段,通过线上自主学习与线下翻转课堂相结合,将基础知识、临床技能与科研素养的培养融为一体,实现病理-临床-科研三维融通,有助于病理学教学质量和效果的提升,培养符合新医科要求的高素质人才.
The authors first point out the problems with traditional teaching of pathology:a disconnection between teaching and clinical practice,and insufficient cultivation of clinical thinking and scientific research ability in students.In view of these problems,they have constructed and verified a new teaching paradigm of three-dimensional integration of"pathology,clinical practice,scientific research".With digital slices and matrix cases as teaching resources,the authors reconstruct the teaching content,vertically integrate pathological morphology,clinical manifestations,and scientific research frontiers,and horizontally connect different disease types and stages.By com-bining online autonomous learning with offline flipped classrooms,teachers can integrate the acquisition of basic knowledge with develop-ment of clinical skills and improvement of scientific research literacy,achieving a three-dimensional integration of pathology,clinical practice,and scientific research.The teaching reform helps to improve the teaching quality of pathology and cultivate high-quality tal-ents that can meet the requirements of New Medical Sciences.
