河北省商贸物流业碳排放脱钩状态及影响因素研究OA
Research on Decoupling Status and Influencing Factors of Carbon Emissions in Commercial and Logistics Industry in Hebei Province
本研究利用联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会提供的碳排放计算公式,基于2005-2022年河北省及全国的商贸物流业能源消耗数据,测算碳排放量,并通过Tapio脱钩模型和LMDI法深入分析碳排放的驱动因素.研究结果表明:①2006-2022年期间,河北省商贸物流业经济增长与碳排放关系多样,以弱脱钩为主但多次实现强脱钩,与全国趋势相似但有所差异;②河北省商贸物流业碳密度、能源强度和产业结构对碳排放产生负向效应;能源效率、经济发展水平和人口规模则对碳排放产生正向效应;③河北省商贸物流业产业结构抑制碳排放,全国与其相反.因此,河北省在制定减排策略时,需关注能源效率等关键因素,并加强人口与物流发展的协调规划,以实现更有效的减排效果.
This study utilized the carbon emission calculation formula provided by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change(IPCC).Based on energy consumption data from the commercial and logistics industry in Hebei Province and nationwide spanning from 2005 to 2022,it estimated carbon emissions and further analyzed the driving factors of carbon emissions through the Tapio decoupling model and the logarithmic mean divisia index(LMDI)method.The research findings indicate:① During the period from 2006 to 2022,the relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions in the commercial and logistics industry of Hebei Province is diverse,predominantly characterized by weak decoupling but achieving strong decoupling multiple times,showing similarities but also differences compared to national trends.② The carbon intensity,energy intensity,and industrial structure of Hebei Province's commercial and logistics industry have a negative effect on carbon emissions;energy efficiency,economic development level,and population size exert a positive effect on carbon emissions.③ The industrial structure of Hebei Province's commercial and logistics industry inhibits carbon emissions,contrary to the national trend.Therefore,when formulating emission reduction strategies,Hebei Province needs to focus on key factors such as energy efficiency and strengthen coordinated planning between population growth and logistics development to achieve more effective emission reduction outcomes.
