基于公共订舱的铁路客车化集装箱班列舱位分配研究OA

随着铁路货运向现代物流转型升级,铁路推出了一种可供客户提前预定舱位的铁路集装箱客车化班列产品,然而采用传统的"先到先得"(FCFS)舱位分配策略无法充分利用运输资源,导致铁路收益流失.针对铁路集装箱客车化公共订舱班列组织模式,设计了一种"分期放舱+嵌套保护"(PA-NP)的协同舱位分配策略,考虑班列舱位容量、货主时效性需求等约束,构建以铁路收益最大化为目标的随机规划模型,通过Python进行舱位分配方案求解,并针对各销售周期放舱比例、嵌套保护强度进行灵敏度分析.结果显示,PA-NP策略相较于FCFS和单一分期放舱(PA)收益分别提升了60.8%和21.4%.通过科学划分销售周期与设定适度的嵌套保护水平,能够有效提升铁路运输收益,可为铁路货运企业实施精细化收益管理、制定科学的舱位分配方案提供理论依据与决策支持.

With the transformation and upgrading of railway freight towards modern logistics,the railway has introduced a passenger-style container block train product that allows customers to book slots in advance.However,the traditional first-come first-served(FCFS)slot allocation strategy cannot fully utilize transportation resources,resulting in railway revenue loss.In view of the organization mode of block trains for passenger-style public booking,a collaborative slot allocation strategy of"phased admission+nested protection"(PA-NP)was designed.By considering constraints such as train slot capacity and cargo owners'timeliness demands,a stochastic programming model aiming at maximizing railway revenue was constructed.The slot allocation scheme was solved by calling the Gurobi solver via Python,and sensitivity analyses were conducted on the admission proportion of each sales period and the intensity of nested protection.The results show that the revenue of the PA-NP strategy increases by 60.8%and 21.4%compared with FCFS and single phased admission(PA),respectively.Scientifically dividing sales periods and setting moderate nested protection levels can effectively improve railway transportation revenue,providing a theoretical basis and decision support for railway freight enterprises to implement refined revenue management and formulate scientific slot allocation schemes.
