Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology of Railway Train Whistle Noise
铁路列车鸣笛噪声污染防治是一个较为传统的问题,目前仍缺乏较为系统性的有效的措施.通过对铁路鸣笛作业的内容和种类的分析,采用基于无线通信技术的鸣笛替代方案,通过地面信息系统获取站场作业和进路信息,利用北斗卫星系统的高精度定位技术实现站场作业人员、机车的定位跟踪,结合电子地图、视频监控、车地联控道口防护、移动通信及其他辅助技术等,研发铁路列车鸣笛噪声综合防治系统,该系统能实现铁路站场内机车、人员间通信以及位置和动作信息采集,并由控制系统实现信息精准传达、危险避让报警、全场人员安全管理等功能,实现不同场景下鸣笛功能替代,有效地缓解铁路场站内列车鸣笛噪声综合治理问题.
The prevention and control of noise pollution from railway train whistles is a persistent issue,for which systematic and effective measures are still lacking.This paper analyzed the scenarios and types of railway whistling operations and proposed an alternative solution based on wireless communication technology.By acquiring station operation and route information via ground information systems,and utilizing the high-precision positioning technology of the BeiDou Satellite System for tracking both personnel and locomotives within the station,a comprehensive railway train whistle noise prevention and control system was developed.This system integrated electronic maps,video monitoring,vehicle-ground integrated crossing protection,mobile communication,and other auxiliary technologies.It enables communication between locomotives and personnel within the railway station,as well as the collection of positional and operational status information.The control system achieves functions such as precise information transmission,danger avoidance alerts,and safety management for all personnel,thereby substituting the whistle function in various scenarios and effectively mitigating the issue of comprehensive noise control from train whistles within railway stations and yards.
