基于病机辨证学的桥本氏甲状腺炎微信小程序临床观察表研制及实施OA

Objective To make relevant clinical observation scale,perfect the quantitative research on Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and provide more standard and accurate reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods By searching the medical case papers of Hashimoto's thyroiditis'treatment with Chinese medicine published in recent 20 years,and mining the data of the obtained literatures to find out the symptoms and syndrome elements involved.Taking the related symptoms as the item pool,the symptoms and syndrome elements were scored,the questionnaire was designed according to the symptom item pool,and the clinical observation table was developed in the form of WeChat mini-program.Results A total of 92 articles and 122 medical records were included in the search,involving 82 symptoms and 20 common pathogenesis syndrome elements.The common symptoms are"fatigue","goiter","dysphoria","poor sleep","poor appetite","neck swelling","palpitation","sweating","fear of cold"and"irregular menstruation".Common pathogenesis syndrome elements are"spleen","qi deficiency","depression","phlegm","liver","kidney","yin deficiency","yang deficiency","blood stasis"and"heat".The symptoms and syndrome elements were assigned accordingly,and the total score was 550.According to the results,they were assigned to design the problem and develop the small program.Conclusion clinical observation table of Hashimoto's thyroiditis was preliminarily developed in this study,which is conducive to the epidemiological investigation of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and has certain guiding significance for the clinical standard and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
