Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract.Lymph node metastasis(LNM)is the most common way of metastasis in esophageal cancer and,which is one of the important factors affecting the staging,treatment,and clinical prognosis evaluation of esophageal cancer.Imaging examination techniques such as CT,MRI,PET,SPECT,US and EUS are the main means for diagnosing LNM in esophageal cancer.In recent years,the emerging radiomics has shown its excellent performance in predicting LNM.This article reviews the applications of imaging and radiomics in LNM of esophageal cancer as follows.
