酶菌复合制剂对肉羊生长性能、血清指标、消化代谢及屠宰性能的影响OA
Effects of Compound Preparation of Enzymes and Probiotics on Growth Performance,Serum Indices,Digestibility Metabolism and Slaughter Performance of Mutton Sheep
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加酶菌复合制剂对澳湖杂交肉羊生长性能、血清指标、消化代谢及屠宰性能的影响.选择24只体重相近的60日龄澳湖杂交肉羊公羊,随机分为2组,分别为对照组及酶菌复合制剂(含屎肠球菌、酿酒酵母菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、木聚糖酶、纤维素酶、碱性蛋白酶)组,每组12只羊,预试期10 d,正试期60 d.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,酶菌复合制剂组试验前30 d饲喂基础饲粮+10 g/d酶菌复合制剂,后30 d饲喂基础饲粮+15 g/d酶菌复合制剂.结果表明:①与对照组相比,酶菌复合制剂组的末重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);②酶菌复合制剂组在试验第60天血清中免疫球蛋白G、白细胞介素-10、总蛋白含量及总抗氧化能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);③酶菌复合制剂组的粗蛋白和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);④酶菌复合制剂组的消化能、代谢能、消化能代谢率、表观可消化氮、沉积氮及氮的总利用率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);⑤酶菌复合制剂组屠宰后0 h 的背最长肌红度(a*)值和屠宰后24 h的pH均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮中添加10~15 g/d酶菌复合制剂可显著提高60日龄澳湖杂交肉羊的生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫性能、营养物质的表观消化率、能氮代谢效率和肉品质.
This study aims to investigate the effects of a compound preparation of enzymes and probiotics on growth performance,serum indices,digestibility metabolism,and slaughter performance of Australian-Hu mutton sheep.A total of twenty-four 60-day-old Australian-Hu mutton sheep with similar body weights were randomly assigned to two groups:control group and compound preparation of enzymes and probiotics(containing Enterococcus faecium,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Bacillus licheniformis,xylanase,cellu-lase and alkaline protease)group.Each group had 12 sheep,the pretest period lasted for 10 d,and the test period lasted for 60 d.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the compound prepara-tion of enzymes and probiotics group was fed the basal diet+10 g/d compound preparation of enzymes and probiotics 30 d before the experiment and the basal diet+15 g/d compound preparation of enzymes and probiotics 30 d after the experiment.The results showed as follows:① compared with the con-trol group,the compound preparation of enzymes and probiotics resulted in a significant increase in final body weight and average daily gain(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).②On day 60 of the trial,immunoglobulin G,interleukin-10,total protein content and total antioxi-dant capacity of serum in the compound preparation of enzyme and probiotics group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).③ Apparent digestibility of crude protein and neutral detergent fiber in the compound preparation of enzyme and probiotics group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).④ The digestible energy,metabolizable energy,metabolizability of digestible energy,apparent digestible nitrogen,retained nitrogen and utilization efficiency of nitrogen were all significantly higher in the compound preparation of enzyme and probiotics group compared to the control group(P<0.05).⑤ The a*value of the longus dorsi muscle at 0 h after slaughter and the pH at 24 h after slaughter in the compound preparation of enzyme and probiotics group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the diet was supplemented with 10 to 15 g/d the compound preparation of enzymes and probiotics significantly enhances growth performance,antioxidant capacity,immunity,apparent nutrient digestibility,energy and nitrogen metabolism and meat quality efficiency in 60-day-old Australian-Hu mutton sheep.
