试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平黑果枸杞叶对绵羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清指标的影响.选取40只3月龄、体重为(29.58±2.06)kg的杜湖杂交F1代公羔,随机分为4组,每组10只羊.分别饲喂含0(对照组)、5%、10%和15%黑果枸杞叶(干物质基础)的等氮等能全混合颗粒日粮.预试期7 d,正试期66 d.结果显示:①与对照组相比,5%黑果枸杞叶组绵羊终末体重和平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),干物质采食量极显著提高(P<0.01).②与对照组相比,5%黑果枸杞叶组干物质表观消化率极显著升高(P<0.01),粗脂肪、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05).③与对照组相比,黑果枸杞叶各组血清中谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),10%和15%黑果枸杞叶组血清中谷丙转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),15%黑果枸杞叶组血清中肌酸激酶活性极显著升高(P<0.01),黑果枸杞叶各组血清中葡萄糖和高密度脂蛋白含量均极显著降低(P<0.01);5%黑果枸杞叶组血清中三酰甘油含量显著降低(P<0.05),10%、15%黑果枸杞叶组血清中三酰甘油含量极显著降低(P<0.01).④与对照组相比,黑果枸杞叶组血清中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、总抗氧化能力、免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白M含量均极显著升高(P<0.01),丙二醛和免疫球蛋白G含量均极显著降低(P<0.01).综上所述,该试验条件下,日粮中添加5%~10%的黑果枸杞叶有助于提升绵羊的平均日增重、干物质采食量,提高饲料利用率,促进脂肪和能量的代谢,并增强机体的免疫性能和抗氧化能力,以添加5%黑果枸杞叶组效果最佳.

The aimed of this experiment was to investigate the effects of adding different levels of Lycium ruthenicum leaves to the diet on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum indeces in sheep.Forty three-month-old Do×Hu hybrid F1 male lambs with a body weight of(29.58±2.06)kg were randomly allocated into four groups with ten lambs per group.The lambs in each group were fed isoenergetic and isonitrog-enous total mixed granule diets containing 0(con-trol group),5%,10%and 15%Lycium ruthenicum leaves(dry matter basis),respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 days,and the trial period was 66 days.The results revealed that:① compared with the control group,the final body weight and average daily gain in 5%Lycium ruthenicum leaves group of sheep were sig-nificantly increased(P<0.05),and the dry matter intake was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01).②Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter was extremely significantly increased in 5%Lycium ruthenicum leaves group(P<0.01),the apparent digestibility of ether extract and acid detergent fibre were significantly increased(P<0.05).③ Compared with the control group,the serum aspartate aminotransferase activity was significantly increased in Lycium ruthenicum leaves each groups was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),the serum alanine aminotransferase activity was significantly increased in 10%and 15%groups(P<0.05),and the serum creatine kinase activity was extremely signifi-cantly increased in 15%group(P<0.01).the serum glucose and high-density lipoprotein content in Lycium ruthenicum leaves each groups were extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the serum triacylglyc-erol content in 5%groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),was extremely significantly decreased in 10%and 15%groups(P<0.01).④ Compared with the control group,the serum superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activity,total antioxidant capacity,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M con-tent in Lycium ruthenicum leaves each groups were extremely significantiy increased(P<0.01),and the serum malondialdehyde and immunoglobulin G content were extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,dietary adding with 5%-10%Lycium ruthenicum leaves level can improve the average daily gain of sheep,dry matter intake,enhance feed utilization,promote fat and energy metabolism,and strengthene immune function and antioxidant capacity in sheep,with the 5%adding level showing the most beneficial effects.
