荨麻多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响OA
Effects of Nettle(Urtica cannabina L.)Polysaccharide on Growth Performance,Blood Biochemical Indexes and Antioxidant Capacity of Weaned Piglets
为了研究荨麻多糖(UPL)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响,试验选取21日龄的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪60头,随机分为3组,A组饲喂基础饲粮,B组和C组基础饲粮中UPL的添加水平分别为150、300 mg/kg,预试期3 d,正试期42 d.结果表明:①与A组相比,B组和C组仔猪平均日采食量显著升高(P<0.05),腹泻指数显著降低(P<0.05),C组仔猪末重和平均日增重均显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);②与A组相比,C组仔猪血清中生长激素和胰岛素生长因子-1水平显著升高,生长抑素水平显著降低(P<0.05);③与A组相比,C组仔猪抗氧化功能显著改善(P<0.05);④与A组相比,B组和C组仔猪血清中D-乳酸浓度和二胺氧化酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);C组中仔猪血清中髓过氧化物酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05);⑤与A组相比,C组仔猪血清肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素6含量显著降低(P<0.05),转化生长因子-β和白细胞介素10含量显著升高(P<0.05);⑥与A组相比,B组和C组仔猪粪便中乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌丰度显著升高(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮添加300 mg/kg UPL对断奶仔猪生长性能及抗氧化功能有显著的改善作用.
To investigate the effects of nettle(Urtica cannabina L.,UPL)on growth performance,blood bio-chemical indices,and antioxidant function in weaned piglets,60 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred piglets(half male and half female)weaned at 21 days of age were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A was fed a basal diet,while groups B and C received basal diets supplemented with 150 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg UPL,respectively.The trial included a 3-day adaptation period and a 42-day experimental period.The results showed:① compared with group A,groups B and C exhibited significantly higher average daily feed intake(P<0.05)and sig-nificantly lower diarrhea index(P<0.05).Group C showed significantly increased final body weight and average daily gain(P<0.05),along with sig-nificantly reduced feed-to-gain ratio(P<0.05).② Compared with group A,group C demonstrated significantly elevated serum levels of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1,and significantly reduced somatostatin levels(P<0.05).③ Group C displayed significantly improved antioxidant function compared to group A(P<0.05).④ Groups B and C showed sig-nificantly lower serum D-lactate concentration and diamine oxidase activity(P<0.05),and significantly higher alkaline phosphatase activity(P<0.05)than group A.Group C also exhibited significantly reduced serum myeloperoxidase,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activities(P<0.05).⑤Compared with group A,group C had significantly lower serum tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 levels(P<0.05),and significantly higher transforming growth factor-β and interleukin-10 levels(P<0.05).⑥ Groups B and C showed significantly increased abundance of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in feces compared to group A(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 300 mg/kg UPL significantly improved growth performance and antioxidant function in weaned piglets.
