试验旨在探究黄柏提取物(PE)对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道发育及抗氧化功能的影响.选取48头21日龄健康状况良好的三元杂交断奶仔猪(杜×长×大,公母各半),随机分为对照组和试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复4头猪.对照组仔猪饲喂基础饲粮,试验组仔猪饲喂在基础饲粮中添加120 mg/kg PE的饲粮,预试期3 d,正试期21 d.结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组仔猪末重(FBW)和平均日增重(ADG)均显著升高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)和腹泻指数(DI)显著降低(P<0.05);试验组仔猪肠绒毛高度与隐窝深比值(V/C)显著升高(P<0.05),肠道组织中二胺氧化酶(DAO)、再生胰岛衍生蛋白3(REG-3)和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的活性显著降低(P<0.05),并显著提高了仔猪十二指肠和空肠组织中胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)和胰高血糖素样肽(GLP-2)的相对表达量(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组仔猪血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).综上,断奶仔猪饲粮中添120 mg/kg PE,能够改善断奶仔猪生长性能,促进肠道发育,并提高抗氧化能力.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of Phellodendron extract(PE)on growth performance,intestinal development and antioxidant function in weaned piglets.A total of forty-eight healthy 21-day-old crossbred weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire,male∶female=1∶1)were randomly assigned to control group and experimental group with six replicates per group and four piglets per replicate.Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet,and piglet in experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 120 mg/kg PE.The pre-trial period was 3 d,and the formal trial period was 21 d.The results showed that,compared with con-trol group,piglets in experimental group had sig-nificantly increased final body weight(FBW)and average daily gain(ADG)(P<0.05),while feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)and diarrhea index(DI)were sig-nificantly decreased(P<0.05).The intestinal villus height-to-crypt depth ratio(V/C)was significantly increased(P<0.05),whereas the activities of diamine oxidase(DAO),regenerating islet-derived protein 3(REG-3)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)in intes-tinal tissues were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In addition,the relative protein expression levels of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and glucagon-like peptide 2(GLP-2)in the duodenum and jejunum were significantly increased(P<0.05).Furthermore,piglets in experimental group exhibited significantly higher activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)(P<0.05),whereas malondialdehyde(MDA)concentration was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 120 mg/kg PE improved growth perfor-mance,enhanced intestinal development,and increased antioxidant capacity in weaned piglets.
