苦豆子提取物对产气荚膜梭菌的体外抑制研究OA
Study on in Vitro Inhibitory Effects of Extracts from Sophora alopecuroides L.on Clostridium perfringens
苦豆子多生长于西北地区,生长速度快,来源丰富,其主要成分为生物碱,具有抑菌作用;1.0、2.0、4.0 g/mL苦豆子水提物,采用酸提法提取苦豆子浸膏并制备成浓度为0.1 g/mL浸膏水提液,通过试管二倍稀释法和纸片扩散法分别测定苦豆子提取物对产气荚膜梭菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及苦豆子提取物对产气荚膜梭菌的抑菌圈直径.结果显示:苦豆子浸膏最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为5.05 mg/mL;苦豆子水提物药敏片浓度为2.0、4.0 g/mL,抑菌圈直径分别为8.5、10.0 mm;苦豆子浸膏药敏片浓度为0.1 g/mL.其抑菌圈直径为8.5 mm;因此,苦豆子水提物、浸膏对产气荚膜梭菌均有抑菌效果.
Sophora alopecuroides L.,which mainly consists of alkaloids with antibacterial effect,is mostly grown in the northwest region of China.Although rich in resources,it is difficult to control and treat the deadly diseases caused by Clostridium perfringens infection in livestock.In order to explore the antibacterial effect of Sophora alo-pecuroides L.on Clostridium perfringens,selected water extracts and macerations of Sophora alopecuroides L.as experimental materials for the in vitro inhibition study of Clostridium perfringens.Water decoction was used to pre-pare Sophora alopecuroides L.water extract at concentrations of 1.0,2.0,4.0 g/mL.Acid extraction method was used to extract Sophora alopecuroides L.paste and prepare extract at a concentration of 0.1 g/mL.Then,tube twofold dilution method and paper disc diffusion method were used respectively to measure the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Sophora alopecuroides L.extract on Clostridium perfringens and the diam-eter of inhibition zone of bitter bean extract on Clostridium perfringens to determine its inhibitory effect.The results showed that the drug-sensitive film of Sophora alopecuroides L.water extract had certain inhibitory effect when the concentration was 2.0 g/mL and 4.0 g/mL,with inhibition zone diameters of 8.5 mm and 10.0 mm,the Sophora alopecuroides L.paste drug-sensitive film had better inhibitory effect when the con-centration was 0.1 g/mL,and the inhibition zone diameter was 8.5 mm.Its minimum inhibitory concentration(mic)was 5.05 mg/mL;the inhibitory effect of Sophora alopecuroides L.water extract and paste on Clos-tridium perfringens.
