试验旨在研究不同剂量抗菌肽对犊牛生长性能、腹泻率、抗氧化指标、免疫指标及粪便菌群的影响.选择60头健康和体重相近[(35.0±4.1)kg]的新生荷斯坦犊牛,随机分为4组,每组15头.其中对照组犊牛饲喂基础日粮,其他3组在基础日粮中分别添加50(低剂量组)、100(中剂量组)、150 mg/kg(高剂量组)的抗菌肽.试验预试期10 d,正试期50 d.结果表明:①中、高剂量抗菌肽组犊牛的平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高15.61%和13.58%,料重比显著降低(P<0.05);②各抗菌肽组犊牛腹泻率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),中剂量组腹泻率最低,较对照组降低44.44%;③中、高剂量抗菌肽组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);中、高剂量抗菌肽组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量显著升高(P<0.05);④中、高剂量抗菌肽可显著降低粪便中大肠杆菌等有害菌数量(P<0.05),显著提高双歧杆菌、乳酸菌等有益菌丰度(P<0.05),优化肠道微生态结构.综上,在犊牛日粮中添加适量抗菌肽可有效提升生长性能、降低腹泻率、增强抗氧化和免疫功能、调节肠道菌群,增强犊牛健康,以100 mg/kg添加效果最优.

The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different doses of antimicrobial pep-tides on growth performance,diarrhea rate,antioxidant index,immune index and fecal flora of calves.Sixty healthy newborn Holstein calves with similar body weights[(35.0±4.1)kg]were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 15 calves in each group.The control group was fed a basic diet,and the other three groups were added with 50 mg/kg(low dose group),100 mg/kg(medium dose group)and 150 mg/kg(high dose group)of antimicrobial peptides in the basic diet,respectively.The pre-trial period was 10 days and the positive trial period was 50 d.The results showed that:① calves in the medium and high-dose groups had significantly higher average daily gain(ADG)than the control group(P<0.05),increased by 15.61%and 13.58%,respectively,and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05);② the diarrhea rate of each antimicrobial peptide group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate of the middle-dose group was the lowest,which was 44.44%lower than that of the control group;③the activities of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the middle and high dose antimicrobial peptide groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly reduced(P<0.05);immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the middle and high immunoglobulin M(IgM)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were significantly increased(P<0.05);④ the medium and high doses of antimicrobial peptides could significantly reduce the number of harmful bacteria such as Escherichia coli(P<0.05),increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus(P<0.05),and optimize the intestinal microecological structure.In conclusion,adding an appropriate amount of antimicrobial peptides to the calf diet can effectively improve growth performance,reduce diarrhea rate,enhance antioxidant and immune function,regulate the intestinal microbiota,and promote calf health,with the best effect observed at an addition level of 100 mg/kg.
