低渗煤层机械造穴增透强化瓦斯抽采钻孔工艺参数研究设计OA
Research and design of drilling process parameters for mechanical cavitations,enhanced permeability and gas extraction in low-permeability coal seams
低渗煤层增透强化瓦斯抽采是提高煤层瓦斯抽采效果的重要措施之一,可有效解决煤层瓦斯治理难题.以山西霍尔辛赫煤矿3505回采工作面为研究对象,针对其机械造穴增透强化瓦斯抽采技术,揭示不同赋存参数条件下煤层增透机理,开展了机械造穴参数优化、钻孔结构设计及布置、扩孔工艺参数优选等研究,设计了适用于霍尔辛赫煤矿井下煤层瓦斯抽采的钻孔结构参数与布置方式,优化了机械造穴增透施工工艺,提出了气囊式"三堵两注"连续高质量封堵技术,完成了机械造穴增透强化瓦斯抽采钻孔整体布局优化.研究表明,机械造穴钻孔造穴长度为1.5 m、造穴间距为3 m时,单孔瓦斯抽采纯量与瓦斯浓度均提高了 80%.研究为提高该矿井下低渗煤层瓦斯抽采效率和抽采效果、缩短瓦斯抽采钻孔半衰期等方面提供了科学依据和实践指导.
Enhancing permeability and strengthening gas extraction in low-permeability coal seams is one of the important measures to improve the effectiveness of coal seam gas extraction,which can effectively solve the problem of coal seam gas control.Taking the No.3505 mining face of Huo'erxinhe Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the research object,in response to its mechanical cavitation technolo-gy for enhancing permeability and strengthening gas extraction,the mechanism of coal seam permeability enhancement under different occurrence parameter conditions was revealed.The optimization of mechanical cavitation parameters,drilling structure design and lay-out,and optimization of drilling process parameters were carried out.The drilling structure parameters and layout suitable for under-ground coal seam gas drainage in Huo'erxinhe Coal Mine were designed,and the construction process of mechanical hole making and enhancement was optimized.The airbag type"three blockages and two injections"continuous high-quality sealing technology was pro-posed,and the overall layout optimization of mechanical cavitation and enhancement gas drainage drilling holes was completed.Research has shown that when the length of mechanical cavitation holes is 1.5 meters and the spacing between holes is 3 meters,the pure gas ex-traction and gas concentration of a single hole are both increased by 80%.The research provides scientific basis and practical guidance for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of gas extraction from low-permeability coal seams in the mine,shortening the half-life of gas extraction boreholes,and other aspects.
